After my usual exhaustive search online, I came upon Griffon Prep and decided to give them a shot. I went to the first session with Jeff and was immediately sold on this place. Both Jeff and Bernie are awesome people and great teachers. I had a good learning experience with them. I did end up with a much better score than what I had anticipated and cannot thank Bernie enough for her coaching. I did get accepted to a couple of good schools on my list!! I would recommend Griffon to anyone who is looking for test prep - great location, good fees, and awesome instructors!

They legitimately care about the success of their students. Indeed, even after law school, I have stayed in touch with them. Their teaching methodology is wonderful, very hands on, and kept me thoroughly engaged. As an experiential learner, this worked really well for me. I also would like to highlight that I took multiple courses with Griffon Prep and each time, I loved the other teachers as well as the other students. I think it is a testament to Bernie and Jeff that they cultivate such a collaborative and positive learning environment. Also, for those who care only for results, my LSAT score went up double digits (I also took their GRÉ course and also improved significantly).

It's rare that you find someone so passionate about his work - he does it because he cares and genuinely wants the success of his students. I feel very fortunate to have found this course and am confident that I will well surpass my target score of 720. I found out about Veritas through a friend who previously took the program (who scored a 740). He told me how this program was exactly what he needed to make him get the score that he did eventual receive. I of course was skeptical, and a little intimidated, however, now that the class is complete, I can say with utter confidence that I feel significantly more prepared for the test - and ultimately agree with my friend. I have my test scheduled for later this year and feel much more prepared for the test. 1.) The resources - Veritas has done a great job of providing everyone with all the tools they could ever want to prep for the test. Between a video catalog covering all pre-class work/classes/homework, to the weekly classes, you can never feel lost through the work. 2.) The instructors - As said earlier, my instructor was Anthony Ritz, who keep the class engaging and informative, while keeping everything professional and tailored to what the students needed. 3.) The discipline - While having a 9-to-5 job, it is initially intimidating to consider how you can keep up with the work. But, if you are serious about the test - the discipline is something you need to have, and the Veritas program supports you throughout the development. I recommend this program to anyone who is serious about the GMAT and getting into a top B-school.

Unlike other tutoring centers, GT individualizes student learning plans for each child. As a parent, I was asked very specific ,targeted questions about my child's learning style and needs. The director(s) worked with me to find the BEST match for my child. This individualized attention is what made the difference for my children. They experienced success with challenging curriculum and skills due to the care and attention provided by the tutors. The open communication offered by each tutor is stellar. Whenever I have a question or need or concern, I can email my child's tutor and receive an immediate response and possible solutions. Any challenge I pose is received with a positive response and ideas to solve the problem. The folks at GT look at problems as opportunities for growth rather than a roadblock. This "positivity" is felt by the students receiving tutoring services. There have been times when my child is frutrated, sad, and feeling very negative about him/herself sometimes not wanting to persevere through a challenging school task, Once they see their tutor and receive the help they need, these feelings are turned around. I highly recommned Georgetown Learning Centers to any parent looking for high quality instruction AND a caring, kind staff.
