I what struck me as d.c different was how quiet it was. Every once and a while some noise was made, but not much. I learned that there was a dance club in the university and even if not everyone could hear the music playing, you sure as hell could feel the vibrations. It was something I never thought about until that moment. We even saw a play at the university and it was one of the most interesting plays I have seen. I don't remember the name of the play unfortunately. One of the most amazing facts I learned was the huddle in football was started within the dead community. It was...is a way for the team to be able to see what strategy they should or could use. Eventually, this little huddle thing spread out from the deaf community and became a world wide thing.

I had time with my DC friend to kill before another friend from Canada had agreed to meet me in Washington DC and continue my trip into Delaware. And so, we (DC and I) opted to spend an hour walking off breakfast at George Washington University campus while playing Pokémon Go. It's a nice experience, looking at the interesting architecture of the campus buildings and how it works with the surrounding community at large. There was a few people walking around bundled up as was I, as it was around 40s F that morning. Didn't feel that cold but it is what it is. There's many buildings on the main campus of George Washington University and the thought of studying here seems farfetched, but with money and time an of course a thirst for knowledge, anything is possible. My friend and I walked to a bunch of buildings while admiring anything and everything that is college life. Remembering my days as a college student brought back memories. The enjoyable factor really is the memories that I made through my college years and being here on the campus of George Washington University helps with that. My friend and I walked up to the various buildings for the arts and business. A lot of college buildings are general purpose for professor offices, class rooms, and lecture halls. We ended up going inside a few buildings since it was on a Friday and classes were in session at the time. It was weird and nostalgic at the same time. Thankful for various water stations inside the buildings to help stay hydrated. The overall experience here at the George Washington University was nice and relaxing. It took away my cares and concerns for a hot minute, knowing what I was going to do in Delaware the next morning. The simple pleasures of walking around a college campus is awesome and inspiring. Future leaders are made here and hopefully the future generations can be proud to have studied here and anywhere higher learning knowledge can be acquired. The campus is well maintained and definitely felt at home here even though I don't live here in Washington DC. I figured that tuition can get pretty crazy here but with hard work and some scholarships, many students can graduate with success. While I was roaming in the halls, the various things associated with college life made me smile. The countless hours studying and not really having a social life and living on cheap college type food unknowingly helped me balloon to 300 lbs. oh yeah, fun times. It was cool to see classes in action again, especially with Covid putting a damper on things. George Washington University is a top notch collegiate institution that welcomes everyone who meets their stringent academic requirements for entry. For myself though, walking around the campus to kill time and to enjoy the beauty of the campus helped me think of the more simpler times of my life back in the days I was in college. That hour walk was special and enjoyed everything about the George Washington University campus. If you are passing thru or thinking of going to school here, consider walking around the campus to get a real feel vibe for it. The campus is beautiful and recommend coming during the fall months and not like me during the dead of winter. George Washington University is located at 2121 Eye Stret NW in Washington DC. It's blocks away from the White House. As with many major universities, they do offer practically everything in terms of helping their students succeed, including the financial aid. The tuition needed to come here can be a significant burden on monthly personal finances, but once graduation is in reach, many would say it has been worth the journey. The campus has generous parking areas, many of which are attached to the buildings themselves. Commuting here usually isn't a problem for most people, since the city of DC offers metro rail, as well as local bus service to shuttle the citizenry around every day. Choose the right routes that are good for you to get here to the George Washington University campus. I felt safe here and, while it was winter time in January, I thought I would see snow here. That wasn't the case. The ambiance of the campus was breathtaking and hope to be back. The campus is beautiful and can definitely recommend anyone and everyone to take a walk around the campus. Whether you're a prospective student, alumni, a tourist, or just one who enjoys walking thru beautiful places. 5.0 stars for the overall experience. Support local! A+

They weigh feedback and information from parents, and with her in-depth knowledge of colleges and universities, provide customized guidance to each student/family. The whole process of applying to college has changed so much over the last two decades (when I first applied). It has further changed in the last several months during this pandemic. If you want to have the best understanding of the process and be provided with insightful, educated suggestions and recommendations you should have your son or daughter work with Julia and her team. They will help you match your child to the right school (or group of schools) - some of which you may have not even considered. Oh, and also of importance, she can help guide you through potential opportunities to save thousands on tuition - more than off-setting the costs of her services.

No matter how nice or persuasive the owner of the business is (and believe me she is very persuasive), do not provide your credit card information. Once you do, they will charge your credit card even if you tell them to stop charging. This is exactly what happened to me. I'm sorry that I have to post this negative report. I am not one to do this type of thing, but in this case, I believe I was really treated badly and unfairly. I normally assume positive intent when I deal with people or with businesses, that's what I did this time too. But unfortunately, my assumption was wrong about Professional Tutoring LLC. Although, I have reached out to the owner multiple times and nicely requested for them not charge my credit card and for them to refund the amount they have already charged, they always refer to a contract and refuse to discuss. All the niceness and the care they exhibited to get us to sign-up disappeared fast! They have now charged me $900+ for services not rendered! So, parents beware! Sossena
