Instead of admitting that what they were doing was not working, when questioned about the lack of improvement in scores, I was told that it was due to factors outside their control, such as fatigue during the long test, which is not true. The time spent on the 'drill and practice' work at Huntington negatively impacted her school work. So, after we received her report card we asked for a refund. We were refunded about $400.00 out of the $3500.00. It took several months, meetings and a letter to Huntington's corporate office to actually get the refund. I am not one to do this type of thing, but in this case, I believe I was really treated badly and unfairly.
