Multiple tables were dirty, making it difficult for customers to even sit down and enjoy their meal inside. It gave the impression that there is very little attention being paid to the customer experience. This location used to be a dependable spot with great food and service, which is why it's so frustrating to see such a noticeable decline. I watched him as he laid down two bara (flatbread) then scooped some curried channa (chick peas) on each, topping them with tamarind and cucumber chutney.
