She suggested that I would be able to park over a mile away and walk to their location! At that point I couldn't even get to where she was suggesting and my appointment time was within 10 minutes. I asked if I could reschedule for later in the day since I would miss my appointment. She said no and that she had called and left me a message the morning of my appointment about the parade. The message was left for me less than 2 hours before my appointment. I asked if I would still have to pay for my appointment since I couldn't get there and asked why nothing was posted on their website when I scheduled about possible access issues. She told me that I should have looked on the city's website to see what the city had going on for that day and that I would have to pay since I didn't give 24 hours notice and again pointed out that she left Me a message the morning of my appointment. I pointed out that her mess wasn't 24 hours before my appointment and I should be able to reschedule. She refuses to reschedule me and charged me for my missed appointment. I have been a loyal customer but I WILL NEVER GO BACK. This is not how I expect to be treated for my loyalty and generosity. Great way to lose business Massageluxe!!

I had two massages at another spa in Indianapolis and still was in constant pain. A friend recommended this location and I'm so glad she did! I live in broadripple but had never come across this spa. I was able to schedule a sports massage for the following afternoon. I let the masseuse know about the pain I was experiencing and she made sure I was open to cupping which allows the blood to flow more to the area. I was open to anything as long as it provided relief. During the massage she could tell how the muscles in the right side of my back were swollen and apparently I was a little tight on the left as well. I felt instant relief after the massage and finally had a full nights sleep since the pain began. She worked wonders and this will now be my spa of choice! Looking forward to booking my next massage! I was there in a Wed after noon. They weren't very busy. I got a full set, french, gel polish with holo glitter overlay, almond shape. Communication was good. As the acrylic was applied, I'm not sure if he was in a hurry or if this was his usual technique but it was done very fast & sloppy. The nails have no apex, they are very flat. There was acrylic all over my cuticles & skin around my nails. Then I was handed off to a 2nd person to do the painting & also left with paint on my skin. I was charged extra for French, gel, glitter, & almond shape. Their menu said "full set acrylic with French tip $35" my bill was $70. He broke it down but nothing he said matched what was on their menu.

I wanted them to assess what my skin needed, so I gave them my budget and told them to do whatever they thought was best in that price range. My esthetician, Rose, was amazing and did a great job clearly explaining what she was doing. She answered all of my questions in a helpful way and I learned that she has 14+ years of experience. She said that this is her favorite place she's worked because everyone here is passionate about skin and they get all of the new gadgets. She hydrated my skin, did a mini chemical peel (one with no downtime), microbladed my face (gets rid of all dead skin/hair/helps you be glowy), and did laser genesis to stimulate collagen and kill bacteria (potential acne). My face was super glowy after and my skin felt tight the following day. The products that she used were top of the line (IS Clinical, Babor, etc), so the price of the facial truly is worth the quality of product that they're giving you.
