From start to finish, they were kind, intentional, personalized, and truly made an effort to make our day exactly as we envisioned it. We used their "a la carte" package, and this was by far the best fitting option for our wedding and I searched for something similar with DOZENS of other florists. I was so relieved to see this as an option, and the planning form made communication and design a breeze. When I mentioned to Daniele that I wanted to have my bridesmaids to make their own bouquets, she not only was excited about the idea, but she sent me a thorough email with links to the items I would need and a step-by-step tutorial to show my girls. This thoughtfulness was above and beyond and when Tali showed up with our flowers on our wedding day, they were so beautiful I started crying. Our friends and family are still raving about how beautiful the flowers were. If you choose Flower Casita for your wedding, you will not regret it!!!

Great prices for good quality flowers but disappointing customer service…read more I ordered tulips for my April wedding at a great price. We were trying to save money by using simple arrangements and whole sale prices. I asked if we could pick up fresh the morning of the wedding at an agreed time and was told that was fine. The day before the wedding I received an email that the flowers could not be picked up until an hour later than agreed. I felt it was a little unprofessional as I wasn't contacted until this the DAY BEFORE the wedding and felt frustrated at being told I would have to push back all my wedding arrangements on my wedding day to pick-up the flowers. When we received the tulips on that day they were not blooming and very small. We were told not to put them in water and that they would keep for a week. They were not beautiful for my wedding day but a few days later and after being put into water they bloomed and were gorgeous! See Pictures below. I complained and was told that this was my fault. And that it was not their job to get the timing right. I still believe as a professional florist it would have been reasonable for them to tell me that the flowers should be picked up a few days before hand if I wanted them in bloom on a certain day. But again I was told that this was not their job. After asking for an apology and still only getting a lecture about "the flower business" and a half hearted I'm sorry but its not my fault. I settled for a small refund to compensate for my disappointment which I really do appreciate. But honestly I really wished for a more sincere apology and for the person selling them to recognize what happened was bad customer service and honestly could have been avoided because the flowers, once blooming, were beautiful for almost a full week! I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. And I hope that Neve Roses II learns from this. My advice: It is possible to get your flowers from these guys for your wedding at a great price, just make sure that you pick them up a few days early!

On the day of the delivery, the flowers were not there. At 11:30am, I called and spoke to Elizabeth, and she said there was a mix up on their end, and that there was no way she could deliver the flowers that day. No warning, no contact letting me know. The service started at noon, so I was unable to make any last minute plans. I was beyond disappointed by this news. If I had known earlier, I could have made other arrangements. Elizabeth did refund my payment, in full, but that didn't help the fact that no flowers were delivered. I chose a Petaluma florist on purpose, trying to support the local business. Jenn took her time with us and made sure that we were happy with the scents we chose for our candles. The class spends a bit of time talking about scents and how to layer them. Of course everyone kept mentioning one business but the way they would mention them made it seemed like they weren't really sure & I didn't have the time or patience to call every single florist. I did leave a message on the answering machine of Petaluma Floral before posting my question but it was after hours. Well Beth, who is the owner of Petaluma Floral, commented on my post that she could do it. But she took it a step further and posted a picture of one that she had just made & included her phone number. I've ordered from Petaluma Floral multiple times over the course of about a year now for special occasions, and these have been consistently some of the best arrangements I've ordered in my life. I may have been a little lucky, but the bouquets always seem to last longer in the vase than some of the flowers I get from grocery stores too. I've only ordered online, but as another reviewer mentions, I get the sense that this floral arrangement company caters to making arrangements for specific types of events. That is, when you order an arrangement on their website, you can input your preferences and the general look and feel you'd like out of your arrangement and they'll design the arrangement to spec. You can preorder in advance of the date you'd like them to deliver. They have mostly been on-time with their deliveries (you can specify if you have a preferred time frame of delivery on a specific day), but have been communicative with me if the flowers need to be delivered in a different time frame (e.g., when they're really busy trying to get out an order for a large event like a wedding). Note that their website specifies that they only deliver in Petaluma. Overall, I would highly recommend Petaluma Floral.
