She didn't try to upsell me the biggest washer that I thought I needed and she looked at my load to help me pick the right washer. Very nice and welcoming! If I could give zero stars, I would. The woman working here was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I was in the process of washing my laundry when she approached me aggressively, pointing at some pet hair and debris from a blanket. I was already cleaning it up, but instead of letting me handle it, she proceeded to loudly accuse me of having dog feces all over my laundry (which was absolutely not the case) and told me I had to leave. Despite my attempts to stay calm and apologize, she continued to harass me for the entire 30 minutes my load was washing, making the experience extremely uncomfortable. She even went as far as to take the cart I was using--despite there being plenty of empty ones available--just to make things more difficult for me. This is not how you treat paying customers. If you want to be berated and publicly embarrassed for no reason, this is the place to go. Otherwise, take your business elsewhere. read more

Open later than the other laundromat's. They have machines that take cards, but still have some old school coin takers. Lady here was very helpful. Stepped right up to help when she saw me wandering around lost. I don't come to these often, but I had some large comforters to wash. She explained how things worked, which machines take cards, cost variance and anticipated wash and dry time. She speaks English and Spanish. It's Wednesday night and it's clean in here and not a lot of people. read more

Worst experience ever, especially with the owner argued with me very prejudice and the lady that worked there one of them at least very rude. Every time I've come there very hateful very rude to me and my mother even lied on us about various of things because we had so many problems with her, don't go here I don't recommend. read more

It's been over a month and the same lady that is here always says bathroom is broken but there is no out of order sign. Every weekend when asked she says it broke again but I think it's a cleaning concern. Both elderly and children need to use the restroom and in my case I needed to wash my hands and I find it strange that it's only available to her. There are sufficient cameras to point in the bathroom direction and if it's out of order that should be a sign or it should be repaired by a plumber. read more

Honestly, it's a basic laundromat that gets the job done. I gave one star because an older lady who works here is extremely rude (one reviewer has a picture of her) she was rushing me to get my things out of the dryer so a guy she was talking to can put his clothes in. I was already grabbing my things as soon as the dryer stopped (who wants to spend more time at a laundromat?) when she rudely told me a man is waiting. She didn't have to be rude and clearly saw me grabbing my stuff already. The man didn't even have an issue waiting, she did. She made a remark "time is money". There were plenty of dryers available, she just decided to choose me to have an attitude with for the day. I've witnessed her be extremely rude to other costumers for no good reason and have heard from others who spend their money here, that she is aggressive towards them. She needs to be fired. I will not be going back because this is not how I will be treated and I will not recommend this laundromat to anyone just in case she chooses to be a b*tch to them one of those days. My washing machine died yesterday. Unfortunately the closest place to my house the change machine did not work so this was the next best option. This place is nothing more and nothing less but washers and dryers. They do have drinks and snacks here with an attendant present. They have 2 sizes of washing machine so if you needed to do a comforter it is possible. Something I might try in the future is there drop off service for laundry, especially my uniforms. If I ever need quarters now I know where to go. read more

Wanted to use the bathroom the lady literally told me I will let you in this one time, but I don't like letting nobody in there because I have to clean it and there is no garbage can in the bathroom when you dry your hands she would not sell us any quarters Because we brought dimes and nickels and told my husband literally to his face. You should've brought money if you wanted to wash there's a whole row of machines that are working and ugly and dirty and the machines that do work hardly work to take your money or your card Will not be back and will not send anybody this way to this place if I could give this place less than one star I would!!!! read more

I dropped off my clothes for the wash and fold on 9/4/23. I went to pick them up on 9/7/23 at 7p. They gave my clothes to someone else. The owner will not contact me. I am extremely frustrated and do not have clothes. read more

I like that they have updated their washers and driers. Some things I do not like: one of ladies frequently harasses us when we are in there. God forbid you do not pull out your wash THE SECOND it stops! I will give you an example. Three of my loads stopped all at the same time. I was working on pulling out a load and my daughter was helping me. She comes over to ask who's drier the other two were. I stated they were mine. So she takes it upon herself to snap her fingers at my daughter and point at the drier, while ordering her to empty it. She also gets very territorial about the laundry baskets. She ordered me move my things out of one so another customer could use the basket to bring outside. The basket is one of two short ones available. Nevermind that I was actively using it to move my things as well. This is two of many many incidents with this lady. I only keep going to this place because it's close to my place and I can get my things done now that it is updated. LEAVE YOUR CUSTOMERS ALONE WHEN THEY ARE NOT DOING ANYTHING WRONG!!!! read more

The dryers will take forever. Its almost like they are programmed to dry on low for more money.

Had the worst experience here ever! Unfortunately I have to use the laundromat while I've been looking for a house. I started going to this place unfortunately after the one I used to go to sold their business. This happened a few months ago, but finally got the chance to write a review here on Yelp. Went to do laundry at this laundromat on Irvington and when I was drying my sheets I told the guy that was there that the dryer wasn't working/drying . I told him that 10 minutes had past and the dryer was not hot. I put $1.25, which equals to 30 minutes of drying. He told me that he couldn't do anything yet, that if the sheets weren't dry by the time it was done he could help me. The dryer finished and my sheets weren't dry. I told him again that the sheets weren't dry expecting him to refund me the money so I can put them in a different dryer, but he stated that he couldn't do anything about it. I asked for the money and he told me he wouldn't give it to me. I asked to speak with the manager, which he said he was. Then I said to let me have the owners name and number and he wouldn't give me that information- he blatantly stated he would NOT give me his info. He (the "manager") then started arguing saying that he didn't care if I'd ever go and do laundry there, that he didn't care if he lost a customer. He then called the owner and said that he wouldn't give me the refund and that the owner would back him up in whatever he said AND the owner would also not care to lose a customer like me . He wouldn't give me the owner's name, he finally did but said it didn't matter because the owner would tell me the same as he did. He said the owners name was Brandon. He then started arguing saying that I had put a lot of sheets in the dryer . I reminded him that I had told him about it after 10 minutes and that the dryer wasn't even hot- it was just a bit warm. He just kept on arguing with me stating I could leave and not come back. I was and still am baffled by his response and treatment. It seems that no one has ever taught him respect! Obviously uneducated with poor customer service skills. Again, I was in complete awed by his response. I'm sure he has done this before and has gotten away with it and that's why he feels so comfortable being arrogant and rude. I honestly can only laugh because this 20 something year old kid must think he did something great for the owner, and if he really spoke to the owner and the owner backed him up for $1.25 , I feel sorry for them and their business. I'm sure I'm not the only one nor will I be the only one they will treat this way. Why would I want to steal from them $1.25 !? I spend about $15 to $20 weekly and they just lost that, just for $1.25 ! What a laugh! Again, who's loss was it, not mine! Obviously as they said they don't care to lose a customer. Perhaps a business class or a common sense class would help them out, hard to say. If I could give this place a zero minus (-0), I would. And it's that arrogant kid that is shown on the pictures when you go to their website , that has probably been there for quite some time . Don't let him fool you.
