As a business owner myself, I know how much weight reviews can carry, so I put a lot of thought into writing this. I've given Pieratt's multiple opportunities to fix my situation, and I have proof via email, text messages, and phone call logs to show the effort I've made on my end. My refrigerator issue has been ongoing since July. In that time, I've had two separate loaner fridges, but only because I've been the one repeatedly reaching out. Any communication I've received has been a result of my persistence--not their initiative. For the past two weeks, I've heard nothing at all, while the replacement fridge they dropped off continues to sit unused in my dining room. To make matters worse, I lost over $600 worth of groceries because their service team failed to communicate that my fridge wasn't working properly. I also make it a point to support local businesses versus big box stores, but in this case, I wholeheartedly regret that choice. The only reason I'm giving one star instead of zero is because the sales associate I worked with at the Reynolds location was absolutely wonderful. Unfortunately, the lack of urgency, accountability, and communication from Pieratt's service department has far outweighed that positive. At this point, I cannot recommend Pieratt's until they show they can stand behind their products and take care of their customers.

Clothes are wet after the cycle has finished. I have given my concerns to the service manager. Getting no phone calls back. We payed over 5k for this set. I went with a local company thinking I would be treated right. I am so disappointed in Pieratts. Very poor customer service.

    It seems Best Buy is always a fail SAVE for me. Everyone, meaning big box stores vs. specialty…read morestores, sells just about everything when it comes to phones, computers, printers, headphones, TVs and all the associated accessories. But I had a problem printing wirelessly, so we I went to a Best Buy for a solution. The problem was an HP printer that had WiFi printing capability would not make the connection. I have heard that there are blocks preset for certain cable modems that cause this issue but I decided not to spend time on the phone chasing this down. I wanted a cable to hook the printer directly up to a laptop which is not recommended by the printer company. A little tag sealing the plug-in hole for a cable said so. The cable was not an ethernet cable as you would think because it used to be that way. Now it is a specific type of USB cable with a unique plug-in adapter for a printer. Once I showed the GEEK guy a photo of the hole, he knew exactly what I needed. They did not have it in stock but he ordered it and had it shipped directly to me and it only took four days. I probably could have saved a couple of dollars buying it somewhere else but most likely that savings would have cost more traveling there because of the outrageous gas prices we all have to suffer with these days. I let Best Buy place the order because I was confident they knew what they were talking about and it would be the right cable. Sure enough, the cable they ordered worked just fine. I can now print from a laptop without needing to connect via WiFi. And if its on my phone? Well then I just email what I want to print to myself and pull it up on my laptop for printing. 100% satisfied!

    My gaming pc quit on me a few days ago and I took it over to Best Buy off of Nicholasville road…read morewhere I met tristen and Seph at geek squad . They were absolutely amazing, very knowledgeable and professional. they told me exactly what I needed and why. they went above and beyond to help me. they even cleaned it and updated all of my software(even the stuff I didn't know existed). Everything is now running great and I couldn't ask for anyone else when handling my tech problems. Thank you guys very much and I hope this helps!
