She checked me in and told me to have a seat. At that point it was already past my scheduled time. The massage therapist came to get me 5 min after my scheduled time. After the brief consult, etc. etc., the massage began 10 minutes after my scheduled time. Although the massage was fine/average, when she finished and I looked at my phone before leaving the room, the massage was less than 40 minutes. I scheduled a 60-minute massage which should be approx. 50 minutes. I do not recommend this location. This is unacceptable. I called this location a few times the following days hoping to speak to a manager to no avail.

I've been visiting the H&WC for about 6 years and I try to go at least 2-3 times throughout the year - only because I read that it's bad to get alignments every month. Every visit is for a tune-up which includes a Swedish hands-on massage, acupuncture, cupping, heat therapy and an alignment. You walk in as tight and wound-up as possible and come out walking on clouds. Not only is he amazing and funny and manages to keep me comfortable the entire time, he is a miracle worker. One of his masseuse Monica worked on my neck and upper back and she is awesome!!!! I highly recommend this place looks may be deceiving on the outside but trust me they know what they are doing. 10/10 highly recommended.
