Doctor Andrew Gilchrist has been my primary care provider for about a year now, and I have never…read morebeen more satisfied. Dr. Gilchrist has a profoundly sane approach to patient care including empathy, humor and access. I am able to reach my doctor any time, and receive a response almost immediately. He is available via text always and is also quite easy to schedule with. I have never (never!) had to wait to see him. Beyond being very knowledgeable, easy to talk with and amazingly kind, Dr. Gilchrist also provides a level of care that is incredible. He has dropped off prescriptions for me, been proactive with insurance issues and worked diligently to find me other providers, such as physical therapy, who are equally good. Concierge care may require new thinking at first. Paying a subscription rate on top of insurance can seem prohibitive, but when given the level of care and contact, it's actually quite a bargain. Dr. Gilchrist has seen me several times a month, as well as offered referrals, text consults and encouragement, all within my monthly cost. No copay, no additional fees, and of course all services that he refers too work with insurance as usual. It's an easy win- and genuinely adds to my health and well being to be part of his concierge practice. I would encourage anyone to get in and see Dr. Gilchrist! He's the absolute best!

I waited over an HOUR AND A HALF past my appointment time to be seen for my FIRST appointment with a new primary doctor after over a year of not having one. I was stuck on waiting lists and unable to get my medications. They didn't even greet me when they walked me back. The doctor didn't ask or seem to care about anything besides refilling my ADHD medication. I waited an hour and a half for a 10 minute appointment. Then they sent the wrong instructions to the pharmacy and the pharmacy couldn't refill my medication. I tried calling this office but you can't even leave them a voicemail and they're closed on weekends. During the week expect to sit on hold for at LEAST 20 minutes. They never respond through the patient portal either. The lack of communication and care is extremely frustrating. I'm leaving this review now because once again the pharmacy cannot refill a different medication for me that I urgently need because they have sent MULTIPLE requests for a refill (it should be on auto refill so I'm not sure what the issue is) and have gotten ZERO response from these people. I can't even refill it through their portal. So here I am a day before I need my medication and unable to get ahold of anyone here and unsure as to why they have not responded to the pharmacy. I will be switching providers as soon as I am able to because this place genuinely SUCKS. Would not recommend to anyone.

Have seen no one at check in since. The place is an almost creepy being like a ghost town. Almost dark with all ceiling lights off behind the check in desk. I might add no music, no tv, no magazines.
