Now, even if we're only away for a weekend, we'll have her stop by, and when we get home - short trip or long - our cat is so much more relaxed and we're forgiven for our abandonment much more quickly. Unless you have a cat, you can't really appreciate the power of feline disdain. Of kitty contempt. Having a pet sitter we can trust utterly, who spends time hanging with our senior pet, and who definitely makes a difference we can see when we get home is priceless. And as that goes, price-wise, I'm paying on par with what I paid before I moved here, which is more than reasonable. Don't settle for someone who doesn't come with a pet sitting pedigree: The woman who runs - who is - Fat Cat is insured, she has a long history in the same business in my area, and she has a network of long time sitters she works with for coverage if she's unavailable for any part of our sitting term. And it's rare that she's ever unavailable. In all the years we've worked with Fat Cat, that's only happened once, and the woman who covered did an equally great job with our pet, and she had an equally strong reputation and history. When you're giving someone responsibility for you pet AND access to your home while you're away, trust is the most important factor. From the first meeting, where Kristen came to meet the dogs, I knew I had found someone who would care about my dogs as much as I do. One of my dogs really does like anyone but me. Kristen took her time, and I think spent extra time to get to know her. I received daily emails with pictures of how they were doing, which no Puppy Prison has ever done for me. When I got home, I saw how well they were, and looked happy and healthy as when I left them. When Kristen came to drop off my keys, my kids were excited to see her, so I knew right then, when I need a pet sitter, or pet walker, I know you to call, and you should too.

I came in to the dog groomers at. 9:30. I was scheduled for 9am but I thought it was a general…read moredrop off time because I could see dogs lined up for grooming: I was also called the last two times at 3pm when I dropped them off in the morning. So my guess is that they leave the dogs for a couples hours and take them when they are ready. It took me two months to get the appointment. It was my third appointment. I tip well it. Costs me close to 200 with both dogs including tip . Not to mention they don't like being Dropped off there. Jill the manager kicked me and my dogs out because we were late. When I complained Jill offered to call every dog groomer in town to complain about me so I would not be able to get into another dog groomer. What? I admit I was extremely upset because my dogs look terrible and need grooming at least every two months. It was very upsetting to me that I might have to wait another month for a dog groomer they cannot go without grooming. I showed late due to a misunderstanding. I live half the time in Chicago and I can say I have never been treated in this way. Typically 9 am would be a general drop off and they line up the dogs for the groomers. Which I understand. Jill did not even offer me another day . Snd said it's like a vet office you must show up on time. Yes agree with being on time for a vet because they don't line them up to be washed. I called the establishment back and asked to talk with the owner. Jill answered and said she was the owner. I cannot believe that she is the owner. She doubled down on her rudeness. She called insulting names. I cannot believe an owner of an establishment would act the way she did. Took the day off from work and got my dogs into Pawsatively. What a great group! My dogs look perfect that's to Pawatively at 1550'N Wells. If groomers aren't nice to the owners I can't what goes on with innocent dogs when the owners aren't around. Most importantly my dogs (and myself) are always happy to see Jill, Courtney and Noelle and vice versa. I know they are always in good hands and come out looking amazing and smell great.
