The guest chef from Orrman's Cheese Shop was full of great info on all things cheese, plus we were able to make our own cheese board to take home. I was so taken aback at the swift action those two took I didn't notice there was one missing. The young woman counted my containers and was like, Hang On I think there's a cake in this order. She asked a woman in the bakery to check and sure enough a cake appeared for my order. Unfortunately, as he attempted to place my cup on the counter, the cup fell. He apologized again and remade it. He didn't cuss, fuss, or seem angry, he just remade the drink. That really made an impact because I would've expected a bit of frustration and there wasn't any. He remade my drink and explained that how I wanted it made, he had to add one less espresso shot.
