We had plenty of food and chips for everyone as well as a wide variety of salsas and toppings. Each food also had a little menu card saying what it was, and if it was gluten free, vegetarian, dairy free etc. they put the food in trays with warmers so it stayed hot for the entire event. The food was simply incredible, perfectly seasoned chicken with a creamy sauce that disappeared pretty quickly. I've had many catered events but never had any of them serve fresh green beans, it's almost always canned(little things impress me:-). Moist rice pilaf with onions and other seasonings and my goodness the mashed potatoes were heavenly! Everything was just amazingly good and I tried my best to at least get one recipe but he just wouldn't budge......even tried to get him to open a restaurant......harrassed the heck out of him:-) I guess I'll have to plan an event so that Chef Henry can deliver up more of that delicious food.....the punch alone is worth it.
