Overall the fruit was amazing and fresh though, just a bit impractical with the pineapple. Now the biggest reason I was unhappy with their catering was because when the dessert was served, they cut very few pieces and had them on the table for guests to grab. That's great, but those pieces were quickly gone and nobody was serving more pieces and the caterer didn't leave the little dessert plates on the table for people to serve themselves either. Secondly, while we sat down for dessert, the photographers yelled out that they wanted everyone on the dance floor for a quick group photo. After the photo was taken, I get back to my table and me and my husbands dessert is gone. The caterer was clearing all the tables as we took that photo which was so annoying since it took me forever to get a plate of dessert to begin with! Anyway, the foods not bad, just the way a few things were done was definitely the most memorable part of the wedding for me unfortunately.

We were literally in the middle of getting ready for her wedding rehearsal when my sister got a call from her venue, The Magnolia Room. The venue was calling to say that there were no bartenders, no staff, and possibly not even any catering because the vendors told them they weren't coming -- they hadn't been paid. You can imagine the shock, panic, and heartbreak my sister felt getting this news the day before her wedding, while she's trying to enjoy what should have been a joyful moment with her family and friends. She checked her email and found a message from the caterer where he casually said that he would "no longer be able to take care of the wedding tomorrow due to health issues." That was it. No phone call, no warning -- just an email less than 24 hours before the wedding. He even sent her a list of the vendors he had never paid, despite the fact that my sister had paid him months ago, in full. Because of his complete failure and dishonesty, my sister had to come out of pocket again -- at the last minute -- to pay for services she had already paid him for. I watched her, exhausted, in tears, calling around to salvage her own wedding because of this man's utter lack of responsibility. My sister still has not received her money despite his promise of refunding her within 14 days after the wedding. I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone. It was heartbreaking to watch my sister go through this -- the stress, the expense, the betrayal -- all because someone took her money, made empty promises, and walked away. He claimed it was due to "health issues," but that doesn't excuse the fact that he never paid any of the subcontractors -- no rental company, no staffing company, no bartenders. They all confirmed to us that he never paid them, even though we had already paid him in full. He left us scrambling at the last minute, nearly ruining our wedding. His lack of professionalism and accountability is shocking. One week after our wedding, he still has not refunded us a single cent. To make matters worse, his supposed coordinator, Gina Ricca, completely ghosted us. When things fell apart, she simply disappeared without offering any help, apology, or explanation. At this point, it's clear this is not just poor business practice -- it's dishonest and borderline fraudulent behavior. He took our money, failed to deliver the service, failed to pay his subcontractors, and is now avoiding responsibility. He is a scammer, and I would strongly warn anyone against trusting him with your money or your event.
