The only good thing I can say about this practice are the doctors: Dr. Centar, who has since retired, and her current doctor, Dr. Corle. That is the only positive thing I will say about this practice. Everything from the billing, which seems to get screwed up every other time we come here, and the "attitudes" of at least one of the front desk clerks/staff. I personally do not know what their problems are, but good lord. They always seem to be rude, unfriendly and dismissive towards my mother-in-law. I noticed they are the same way with other customers that are checking in or just asking basic questions. This is the sole reason why I don't even bother going to this practice and if it wasn't for her, I wouldn't even step foot in this building. (Amber Miller).

From the time I arrived at the office they really make you feel like they appreciate you being there and not just a customer. The technician who started the measurements was excellent with her demeanor and professional way of handling the exam. Dr. Trego's assistant explained her part of the exam so that I understood every part of her examination. She was thorough and handled her assignment very professionally, answering a few questions I had. Dr Trego came into the office to complete the exam and was so easy to understand concerning the cataracts and what could be done, it left me with a very confident feeling instead of worry about the unknown. He left me with his card and said to call with any concerns. After leaving the office I told my wife that should be our Eye Exam Office for the future. She agreed. But Dr Zatorsky got me on the right track! I left feeling confident and comfortable with his opinions and the new prescription of glasses. I was also told information on my eye from a Dr in Pittsburgh and then he retired leaving me questioning everything about a possible condition. Dr Zatorsky checked my eyes thoroughly and said it looks good and I even had the scan of my eyes to make sure there were no issues. He literally went above and beyond! I HIGHLY recommend Mountain View Eye. Also let me add that while picking my frames out (I am so picky) I had amazing help and I took forever picking like 20 pairs at least she helped me weed them out one by one, she was amazing and so patient! The staff is both friendly and knowledgeable and will give you honest opinions when you are picking out glasses by yourself (which I am quite grateful for), and I personally feel that they have a large selection of frames to choose from. The building has a nice atmosphere and layout to it, as well. Something to know: if you have an astigmatism and don't plan on wearing glasses often (just for an hour or two before going to bed) but would also like to one day semi-soon get Lasik, don't bother wasting your money on the glasses and just put it towards Lasik later. Your eyes will take so long to adjust to the glasses after having worn your contacts that you'll never wear them and you'll have wasted your money on them. This is just what I"m personally experiencing right now -- you could be totally different. All lin all, I love the service and treatment I have received here and would recommend it to anyone else.

But my anxiety was soothed by these on-ongoing profession staff persons. I am the first person to admit that I am a tough cookie or a hard nut to crack. Anyone that can provide such precise and efficient care to their patients, as they do this, they were still absolutely on the mark once again. They were professional, caring, and knowledgeable . I am so glad that I have these persons helping me with my eye care.
