The care was excellent until I came in for an appointment that had been scheduled for 5:00 PM. It was for a laser hole in my Iris to "relieve the pressure" from a growing cataract. It was as if I was on a rolling patient conveyor belt and there was no interest in answering questions or in scheduling concerns for the next procedure. I will have the other eye done, but will not go back for the cataract surgery at this practice.

I will note they were very pushy with upselling me on lasik and telling me to use their surgery center. They kept insisting to get the surgery despite me saying no several times. The front desk experience was the opposite, Abby was dismissive and rude while discussing the surprise charges, which made the situation worse; I also discovered their contact lens pricing is significantly higher than major retailers, with the same brand quoted near $90 that is widely available for around $60 elsewhere; I don't mind paying for services I agree to, but I do mind being billed for services I declined and not being clearly informed about extra costs, and better transparency and professionalism at the front desk would make a big difference.

The eye doctors were great and Dr. Arffa (the surgeon) is wonderful at what he does, he was also really quick during the procedure. I had excellent results and see slightly better than 20/20. People worry about the pain, but honestly it was so worth it, the pain is minimal and it only lasts a few hours, if that. Also, it is one price for pre op, surgery, and post op so no hidden fees. If you can commit to your future yearly eye exams, you can even get an enhancement if needed some day down the road and that is built into the lifetime commitment of your original surgery cost. All in all, I could not be happier that I did this!!! The consult is free, everyone should be checking this out!!
