The new location on Main Street is very convenient. I stopped in for an over the counter medicine and someone greeted me immoderately and helped me find it. They also had really cute socks for sale and I bought a pair. I didn't buy any coffee, but I looked at their coffee shop menu and was impressed with how many coffees (hot and cold), teas and smoothies they offered. The staff I encountered were all very nice and the store was clean and organized. I plan to return to get a coffee sometime. read more

Service when I walked in was non existent. I was not greeted nor asked what I needed while I approached the front desk until another lady lined up behind me. I greeted her. Then I was acknowledged by the staff after the fact. I noticed a line of people sitting down waiting on their shot. But no one speaks these days to each other. A sign that says Please be seated and wait to be called if here for COVID shot would do nicely if staff is too busy to point that out for first timers like me. Hope changes will be implemented for the customer's experience to not be like my first impression was. read more

I love Luara's Pharmacy. People truly care about you. They take the time to explain and they take the time you need to answer questions. The Pharmacy, although very small, has just what you need in addition to the little extras such as tee shirts and wood plaques and candles. Gifties. Definitely the best pharmacy I've ever been to. I have had the worst experience with this pharmacy. They called me and told me that my sons prescription was denied, so I told them I would personally call the insurance company to find out why. While I am on the phone with the insurance company, they call me back and tell me that the insurance company will only reimburse them $8.00 for the medication and that's just not enough. I was appalled at the way this woman spoke to me. I completely understand if they felt the reimbursement wasn't enough for them but to deny a 2 year old their medication because of that. This is a hometown pharmacy and I can say they definitely did not treat us like it was one. I will never use them again and I would not recommend them to anyone ever. read more

I originally went to Walmart to get my 4 prescriptions and I called Laura's before paying for a price check on the most expensive one. Way more satisfied with Laura's price, I transferred that one. When I arrived at Laura's, I was genuinely greeted by a few employees. I met Laura and she was so helpful of my situation! The consultation was very personalized and in depth and she went above and beyond in making sure I understood.
