When she got to the register an older woman was very short and dismissive with her. My wife put in a second order for my daughter, to go. The rest of our order did not come out till our to go order did. My wife was not happy with the dismissive attitude so she went to the car. I went up to order dessert and the same older woman was not very personable while taking my order. This location is on the bottom floor of the 101 Center apartments facing Abrams St. It's right next to City Hall, the Downtown Library, Levitt Pavilion, Inclusion Coffee, etc. Ann's is larger than a convenience store but definitely smaller than a Whole Foods or Sprouts. Nevertheless, they have a pretty decent assortment of food, drinks, household goods, and supplements that fall under the broad natural grocery category. They have a nice selection of local and specialty beers if you're looking for something to take to one of the Levitt Pavilion concerts. They even carry several products I've never seen at other natural grocers. Some products are a bit pricey but most of them are comparable to what you'll pay at one of the larger chains like Whole Foods, Sprouts, or Target. There's also a free rewards program you can sign up for at the register and coupons you can sign up for on their website. Everyone is nice and helpful in the store.
