When first started going, the neck rub was included free with nail service, I got my nails done first and no massage was given. When I got my pedicure, it clearly states, if you upgrade the massage is included in the price. It's not worth me traveling the distance to get my nails done, they aren't immaculate so I wasn't impressed. I guess all good or great things don't stay the same. You win some!! But not all the time. I will say they have moved one or two doors done so the business is definitely bigger, not better just bigger.

Unfortunately, it appears that much of the equipment in the salon is very old and worn. The leather is cracking and chipping on all the seats. When one walks into a spa salon to get their nails done, they often pay attention to these kinds of things because your expectation is to relax and feel pampered. It just makes me concerned how sanitary the utensils are that they're using to clean the fungus and other yucky things from underneath clients nails.
