Hailey, the owner, is incredible. She is professional, knowledgeable, and makes one feel at ease. I specifically came into her shop because I needed specialty masectomy undergarments, and I instantly felt comfortable. She helped me pick out bras and prosthetics that made me feel more like myself before my surgery. She was kind and uplifting during a time when sensitivity is important in my life. Will definitely continue to go back and strongly recommend. read more

Owner was very sweet and helped me find the best pot op garment for my upcoming surgery. So thankful the process was easy and quick.

I returned to this shop after over 20 years, and it has stayed the same. And I mean that in a good way. Haley is so kind and genuine. She makes bra shopping a pleasure--and if you have ever gone bra shopping, you know that is HUGE. Thank you, Haley. I will be seeing you soon. read more

Best in the business. My kid got her first bra from here years ago and she still continues to exclusively go to Laura's. You will be fitted to the correct size and the owner is an absolute sweetheart. Highly recommend, ESPECIALLY if you are not a small size. read more

I was referred to Laura's Corset Shoppe by my insurance. I needed a mastectomy in February 2023. I got my post surgery bras as well as my prosthetic breast and bras with Haley. My experience was amazing. I was sorry to hear another reviewer did not have such a positive experience. But I did have a pleasurable experience and wanted to leave my review! Haley was extremely knowledgeable, kind, friendly and offered so many options. She guided me in a way that was assuring and comforting. Haley made suggestions that were practical, comfortable and just made the process so easy! It's such a strange and necessary process of getting fit for something you no longer have. But Haley made me feel instantly at ease! For me, it was like she was reading my mind. Really! Thank you Haley! I know you know your stuff and I appreciate you, your time, your energy, your guidance and your suggestions!! read more

Owner was lovely and lots of personalized attention. She fitted me for an appropriate bra after a surgery. I will go back to be fitted for future bras--so hard to find expert help in this area! Also great bathing suits. Loved her and she made me feel safe during a scary time. read more

I went to Laura's Corset Shoppe a few years ago to replenish my bras and shop for a specific occasion. I have a larger size and often feel discouraged by the selection in most stores or the staggering prices in those same stores or online. But I knew just minutes after walking in that I had made a good choice. The sales representative guessed my size immediately then we began trying on bras. I was very happy with the variety and styles and colors. AND I was even able to find a bra specific for the dress I was wearing to a wedding, which I thought was going to be damn near impossible. read more

The lady who runs this shop is very knowledgeable and she helped me find a few bras that fit very well. It's hard to fit me (small frame, big chest) but she gave me bras that are so comfortable I can't believe it! And they are pretty as well. She was very patient with me and my questions/needs. I will definitely go back next time I need bras. read more

Haley is knowledgeable, kind, and easy to work with. I highly recommend!

Lovely store and wonderful service! It is quite difficult for me to find well fittings bras, and after coming here, I left with three that fit perfectly. Will definitely be back. read more

Love this place! Laura , aka Haley, is so sweet! Her service is wonderful! She takes her time to not only get you the right product but to get to know you as well! I was in Laura's for the first time today. No nicer person than Haley could you meet. She is very gentle when she speaks and really works to understand what you want and need. She makes you feel so comfortable. She is very complimentary of you and your shape no matter how you see it. That in itself will make return, read more

We were told that this place has a good selection. We walked in and the owner was very pleasant and helpful. We ended up buying 2 items and we will return again for sure. read more

This is the third bra specialty shop I've tried within the last month, and the only one to find me comfortable, nicely fitted bras. Laura is a delight, and unlike other shops did not just push anything in my size at me, but considered the specifics of shape and needs. Interestingly, the bras I bought from her were half the price I've paid in the past for a bra that was far less comfortable. I will certainly go back. read more

Customer Service is still alive! It was my first time shopping at Laura's Corset, and talk about above and beyond customer service and just by looking at me and one hand on my back and side she new my Bra size! The lady who helped me was wonderful. She knew what I was looking for and was very professional. I highly recommend Laura's Corset Shoppe

Today my Mother and I set out to try and find some bras for her as she had not purchased any in a long time. We started out at a large box store and left empty handed and disappointed. Her size is an unusual one to begin with. I recalled this store as having driven by many times over the years and I am sorry that I had not come by sooner after our excellent experience today. We were greeted by the owner, a lovely, warm and welcoming individual who after chatting selected some choices for Mom. She asked if she may help by seeing them on. She helped my Mom and provided excellent advice and service. The bras were spot on (size, fitting, design) perfect but the greatest thing I took away was her kindness and making my Mom feel special and pretty. That is PRICELESS in a world of big stores with little of that to go around these days. Apparently you can make an appointment or stop by. Easy parking in rear too! I will certainly return and highly recommend this gem of a business! read more

Scam alert: Feeling overwhelmed by my cancer diagnosis and upcoming double mastectomy, I went to Laura's Corset for a fitting before my surgery. I was treated with kindness and professionalism until I was about to leave with my bras. That's when things took a turn. After the saleswoman (Laura, I think) handed me my bag, she announced that the total was $25. I told her that I thought that my medical provider covered all costs. Then it got weird. She said you can pay if you want, but you don't have to. Like I stated before, I was overwhelmed, and I didn't realize what she was trying to do until after I was walking out, in a daze, to my car. I told her that, if I owed her compensation, I would like to honor that, but I was confused, as my medical provider, KP, covered the bras in full. She repeated the suggestion that I could pay if I wanted to, so I said I'd call Kaiser to clarify my benefits. She immediately and vehemently protested, grabbed my paperwork, and showed me that my copay for the bras was $0. I then asked her what the $25 was for. She was caught off guard, paused, and said, "for upgrade". $25 might not seem like much to some, but it is an amount that many would just hand their credit cards over to charge it and not think twice. No matter the amount, the practice of taking advantage of cancer patients and trying to extort money from them is deplorable. I left feeling violated and even more vulnerable and overwhelmed. I reported the incident to my medical provider and was referred to a different third party bra provider, and I no longer go to these appointments alone. Shameful! read more

What a wonderful experience. Haley is just the loveliest, and so helpful! Made an appointment, and I was the only customer in the shop with Haley for the entire hour. She brought me several great options, and I left with a couple of beautiful, comfortable bras. I will be back- so many gorgeous pieces in the shop! Highly recommend! read more

I hate bra shopping! I am a 36DD which is a hard size to shop for. Finding a comfortable bra that doesn't look like it belongs in grandmas drawer is really difficult. I usually never draw anyone into my undergarment drama but because I needed a corset and the darn things are impossible to do up yourself, I had to ask for help. I found Laura's through some on-line surfing and decided to give it a try. I was immediately put at ease the minute I walked in. The owner is a sweet, knowledgeable, easygoing, woman named Haley that knows how to make you look and feel like the most important person in the whole shop. I left that day with exactly what I needed. I have been to other shops and was not impressed. I always felt out of place and that I was more of a burden to the staff that a welcome customer. I felt welcome the minute I stepped foot into the place. Other shops had unpleasant ambiances, they felt either geared towards the young, trendy, trashy, or elderly...I felt like I was in a shop meant for a normal, everyday, natural woman!! The shop is classy, spacious, and very comfortable. You feel like you are shopping is someone's oversized bedroom suit. Classical music plays in the background and you feel at ease! You may pay more...but you will be satisfied if what you are looking for is an undergarment that fits, is comfortable and makes you look amazing. Don't come here if you are looking for something to wear on a pole or wear for 5 minutes just to tempt a man..go to victoria secrets for that! read more

I went here after looking online for a place to take my 25 year old daughter to get properly fitted for bras, and felt this was a good match based on the other reviewers. Haley was truly amazing. She made our visit such a fun yet educational experience. She is a breath of fresh air, and so warm and friendly. She has beautiful inventory, and if she doesn't have it, she can order it. She took the time to make sure my daughter had the perfect fit with each style she had picked out, and was able to suggest other styles she wouldn't have tried, but ended up LOVING! Trust me, any mom can tell you, bra shopping can get dicey with a daughter, ...but not here! My daughter is already planning the next time we can come to shop with Haley at Laura's Corset. I highly recommend. My next visit here, will be for ME! (I can't wait). read more

Brought my wife here because let's face it, when you live with a woman with big boobs you start learn a thing or two about bras. Bottom line, Haley was very very easy to deal with, very knowledgeable, friendly, professional, not pushy... I could go on. Best of all, my wife is happy and comfortable and not sporting old lady bras you find at Marshalls. Haley sells stuff of good quality that looks good as well. So busty ladies, stop letting VS squeeze you all into something that doesn't truly fit. Spend a little more money to be comfortable and look good at the same time. read more

I was talked into an ill-fitting longline bra to wear under my wedding dress while at Davids Bridal. After my tailor pointed out that it wouldn't do, I was left with a week until my next appointment to find something similar that fit. Yelp directed me to Laura's Corset Shoppe. Wow. Laura was so nice, and all smiles for me. She sized me up and found two suggestions for me right away. Not only did they fit correctly, they were both WAY more comfortable than the DB version. On top of that, Laura offered suggestions to help my DB purchase fit better. I ended up buying a new longline bra because it was so much more comfortable, at a reasonable price of $55. My stress and apprehension about a possibly difficult purchase melted away with Laura's professional help. If you are looking for bridal undergarments or lingerie, go here! I will be back to buy everyday bras soon. read more

After researching other fitting stores in the area I went here after hearing that another popular place was rude. I didn't want to waste time & $$ in gas to go that far out & not be happy with their service. I love in the SCV & wanted to stay as close to the SFV as possible. Anyway, I went to Laura's Corset Shoppe yesterday & was SO happy with my experience. Not only is she super friendly, she had a TON of stock, she fitted me correctly, had a great personality & was just plain "nice", which you never see nowadays. I walked out with 2 bras with one ordered. Like the other poster, I HATE bra shopping. After nursing 2 children for 2 years a piece the "girls" aren't where they should be. After being fitted at Macy's & trying to fit myself & failing horribly, my "girls" are perky & my bras are fitting great! :) read more

Highly recommend! I took my 14 yr old daughter in for a proper fitting and to buy her nice bras that actually fit and take care of her boobies. Hayley aka "Ms. Laura" was super nice, incredibly friendly, and taught my daughter not only how to correctly adjust her bra, but how a properly fitted bra is supposed to look and feel. We drove from West LA all the way to Pasadena and I am really happy we did. My daughter was super pleased with the experience, really liked how helpful Hayley was, and so we will definitely be back when we need new bras! read more

My daughter was convinced she needed a breast reduction because her boobs always looked like they were sagging. I took her to Laura's and she was fitted with bras that were both comfortable and flattering. She walked out feeling like a nee and confident person. I went a few days later for my own fitting. I was offered a wide selection of quality bras to choose from. I bought several, including an amazing strapless bra. This is the first strapless I've ever owned that actually works! Oh, and she instructed me on how to care for my bras so that they will last! I am from NY but I will be sure to make a stop at this shop again when I come west! read more

This is a wonderful shop and Haley is a gift. Having double mastectomy surgery is tough enough but Haley makes it SO easy to find what you need afterwards. Caring, kind, and very, very considerate. She always wants you to know how beautiful you still are and how lovely you look. I walked out with my head high and a huge smile on my face. You won't regret going here. She also is wonderful about negotiating with your insurance and makes sure you know all of your rights and what you're entitled to. Lovely items to choose from and every time I have been in there, she took her time and made sure I was comfortable with my decisions and she also let me know she was there for me - I could call her ANY time. Really a wonderful lady. read more

I'm normally a Target shopper, but a bra must be fitted properly and Haley is fantastic at what she does. She is Very professional, courteous and friendly. Finally someone who treats me like a customer instead of an interruption.
