(I'm talking, 20-30 minutes/this took up the bulk of each appointment time, with the shortest appointment between 40 minutes). Also, every single visit, I was given a different set; seemed like Susan misplaced the one I had from a previous appointment each time. - Having ultrasound gel spread over my hand..maybe 5-10 minutes - At 2 appointments: a 2-3 minute hand massage My hand saw little improvement by even this clinic's own objective assessments/using their measurement tools. Despite the lack of improvement even after coming several times, I was never given any additional exercises/recommendations for at-home. (I thought I might have been misinformed/ignorant to expect more or different services, but even my referring doctor and her assistants expressed shock that I was never taught/encouraged to do much home exercises.
