When washing, there was no water in the machine. The attendant told me that's how the machines work. The water absorbs into the blankets. While I understand that a certain amount of the water will absorb into the blanket, there should be a residual amount of the water that is just inside the machine and there was none. When the spin cycle started you would expect that the water absorb into the blankets would be extracted and you would see the water come out but during the spin cycle there was barely any water extracted which means that there was only enough water released from the washing machine to dampen the blankets. I asked the attendant for a refund and she told me she could not. I asked for the number of the owner and she gave me a number that doesn't work. It goes straight to voicemail and hangs up without allowing you to leave a message. I asked her when an owner would be in for me to talk to and she told me she didn't know. Do not go to this laundromat because they are only trying to save themselves money so you will be charged to partially clean your clothes if at all.

I am always pressed for time so doing one load at a time at home is the pits. I come to the laundromat to get a lot done at niece and this place makes that possible. Semi-Large machines are a bit pricey ($4.75 per load) but they hold about 1 1/2 to 2 times a normal machine and are done in 21 mins. But don't fret this place has machines of all sizes - even one large enough for a average size person to crawl into. There are even a bunch of top loading machines for you old school types. Dryers are huge and not that expense. $.25 per 8 minutes and even my large loads of towel only need 40 mins to dry in these machines. So big I can often combine lights and whites in a single dryer to save money. I've been a few times and never had to wait for a machine, never had a machine breakdown on me, machines are clean and smell like they should and always plenty of quarters in the coin machine. 90 mins or less and I'm done with 4/5 loads of laundry. Great place and time saver for me.

This laundromat used to be one of the best ones in the Heights, but lately there seems to be a new…read moreissue every time I come in. The dryers aren't heating properly, and some of the washing machines don't get water until the cycle is damn near over. You end up having to add extra detergent and water from the sink just to get proper suds. When I brought these issues to the attendant's attention, instead of simply acknowledging the problem, I was met with an attitude and told that they "aren't mechanics" and that the water valve is slow. I never said you were a mechanic. I was informing you of an issue so that management could be made aware and, at the very least, a sign could be posted to let customers know there's a problem with certain machines. There's absolutely no reason to be rude to someone who is simply trying to make you aware of an issue. Customer service still matters. And then there are two giant signs that say NO PARKING, yet people are still allowed to park there. This makes it extremely difficult to bring your laundry through the front door, especially when you're carrying multiple bags or trying to load and unload your clothes. It also makes it difficult to access the designated parking area. This place really needs some attention. I hate to see a laundromat that used to be one of the best in the Heights go downhill because of poorly maintained equipment, confusing parking, and poor customer service. Hopefully management takes these concerns seriously and gets things fixed.

NOT RELIABLE. I…read morehave been to All Cleaners twice now since I recently moved to the area and needed a new dry cleaner/tailor. My first time there I noticed their prices were a little higher than what I'd been paying at my previous cleaners, and this bugged me, but it was a super convenient location. My two-star-rating isn't a reflection of the higher prices though; it is a reflection of the terrible experience I just had with All Cleaners tailoring. I brought a bridesmaid dress in on Tuesday morning and asked if it would be possible to have it hemmed and steamed by Friday because the wedding was Saturday. The owner said not a problem and took the dress. My ticket pick up time said Friday 4:00 pm. I arrived around 4:30 on Friday, and with a very nonchalant tone, the owner told me the dress wasn't there or ready because the tailor had forgot, and I could pick it up Saturday after 12:00. In a panic I explained that I needed to be at the bride's house at 7:00am for the wedding, so noon wouldn't work, and she then suggested I get the dress at 7:00am the next morning. Clearly that wasn't an option, and I was growing pretty angry, but remained calm and explained there was no way I could do anything other than take the dress home that Friday night. She made a call to the tailor and then told me she'd call me when it was ready; I would get it that night. Right around their closing time, without a call, I started panicking and called them to check on the dress' status, and the person on the other line told me I could come pick up the dress because it's "been ready." Needless to say I was upset, but said nothing when I got there and just paid for the dress and left. The dress was still way too long on Saturday, even though they pinned the hemline that week with my dress shoes on. The owner apologized when everything was said and done, but I will never do business there again.
