When washing, there was no water in the machine. The attendant told me that's how the machines work. The water absorbs into the blankets. While I understand that a certain amount of the water will absorb into the blanket, there should be a residual amount of the water that is just inside the machine and there was none. When the spin cycle started you would expect that the water absorb into the blankets would be extracted and you would see the water come out but during the spin cycle there was barely any water extracted which means that there was only enough water released from the washing machine to dampen the blankets. I asked the attendant for a refund and she told me she could not. I asked for the number of the owner and she gave me a number that doesn't work. It goes straight to voicemail and hangs up without allowing you to leave a message. I asked her when an owner would be in for me to talk to and she told me she didn't know. Do not go to this laundromat because they are only trying to save themselves money so you will be charged to partially clean your clothes if at all.

The machines are in good shape. I needed to choose hot on 2 of the loads..both wash and dry. I've been places where they run out of hot water..not here. The dryers were truly hot as well. The plaza that it's in is a multi business plaza..so there's lots of traffic, but there's always parking close to the Laundromat.

I am always pressed for time so doing one load at a time at home is the pits. I come to the laundromat to get a lot done at niece and this place makes that possible. Semi-Large machines are a bit pricey ($4.75 per load) but they hold about 1 1/2 to 2 times a normal machine and are done in 21 mins. But don't fret this place has machines of all sizes - even one large enough for a average size person to crawl into. There are even a bunch of top loading machines for you old school types. Dryers are huge and not that expense. $.25 per 8 minutes and even my large loads of towel only need 40 mins to dry in these machines. So big I can often combine lights and whites in a single dryer to save money. I've been a few times and never had to wait for a machine, never had a machine breakdown on me, machines are clean and smell like they should and always plenty of quarters in the coin machine. 90 mins or less and I'm done with 4/5 loads of laundry. Great place and time saver for me.

Then he lost some items after he specifically went over what he would do with the items. I picked up the items to return to the homeowner and items were missing the exact same items we discussed. After text back and forth, he said he would pay for the items after 2 bounced checks and dodging phone calls and text messages. I have been trying to work with this business, and he has grossly failed at communication and repayment resulting in legal action. all he had to do was answer the phone and communicate. To this day he still is not communicating empty promises don't solve anything!!
