I honestly did not want to return after the first time we came in there because the older lady working made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. Kylie was the complete opposite which again was very delightful compared to our previous experience. If you ever need a friendly face and a person with good manners and a great attitude go see Kylie! We would really like to Thank you for hiring a person with character. She spoke so kindly of the entire area and she made us feel very welcoming. We will be back to see her. The washer and dryer are nothing like I have seen before. With her help and laughter it made my job so much nicer! Thank you and we will be back! Very clean!!!! The Reynolds family

It looks better / good too. Gives it a more modern look to it. Customer service is ok. The ladies that work here are nice and aggressive at the same time. But hey! You have to be aggressive in this area. With the characters that pass through this laundry mat. Lol! The people that I have met just sitting there reading my books in silence. Has been quite amusing. Lol! It's not that expensive. Just bring ones and fives with you. Cause the laundry attendants do not make change for you. So if you put that $20.00 bill on that laundry card. Don't stand there wondering if the machine is about to give you change back. Lol! Smh! There is a dollar tree and rite aid close by if you need to get some change or if you need some laundry detergent or softer sheets. If your car breaks down Auto Zone is next door. And their are lots and lots of places to eat in the surrounding area. So yep!!!! This laundry mat is very convenient!!! Lol!

John the owner called and texted after hours and made a special trip just to get us our uniforms. This kind of customer service is extremely rare these days and if we're ever stationed back in Norfolk John has secured at least 2 guaranteed customers. Thank you John, you're doing it right!

FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PRICES!!…read more So, I decided to go here because the reviews were the best of all the cleaners within my proximity. Fortunately, the reviews were spot on because the owner, Roland, was unbelievably friendly, professional, and more than reasonable in regards to the price he quoted me to preserve my wife's wedding dress. I'm glad I found this business because I have many more items of clothing that need to be dry cleaned and am looking forward to bringing them here to give my business to Mr. Lewis for many years to come and recommend others to do the same.

The people who work there are nice but with the amount of money the charge and the quality of work makes it an absolute no. My three dresses returned in far worse condition than before drop-off. Don't even get me started on my ruined Brooks Brothers dress that's shrunken with missing buttons now. Don't always trust the Yelp or Google reviews. This place is not somewhere I'd recommend anyone to take anything you want to wear again.

I'm not sure why for $17 the uniform wasn't given proper attention to detail from the team at Millwood.

Highly recommended and will be back for future use.
