Not bad. Some machines broken. Spanish t.v. on most of the time which makes it a little harder to pass time

I came here for the first time last week when my washing machine was broken…read more I felt very comfortable coming here, even during the COVID-19 pandemic as I saw Alba (one of the employees) walking around every few minutes sweeping and disinfecting the frequently touched surfaces of the laundromat such as the door handles for the entrance and the washing/drying machines that were in use. She was very nice and she was wearing a mask, as was everyone else inside the laundromat since it's obviously required. There aren't any seats inside like I've read in some reviews, but maybe they were removed as a COVID precaution? There's free wifi available though and tons of TVs all over to keep you busy. In short, it's a laundromat lol. Nothing fancy, but nothing to complain about either.

I usually use Express Laundromat on 46 in Parsippany, but they were flooded today, so the store was…read moreclosed. This place looked promising, but I ended up not doing my laundry here after walking in for three reasons: 1. There are only a handful of "big" washing machines (the kind that can do multiple loads of clothing) and they were all taken. Fair enough, it is the weekend. I was prepared to split my load into two of the smaller machines. 2. Unfortunately, the machines only accept payment in the form of a pre-loaded laundry card. This sort of proprietary form of payment is inconvenient and part of the reason why I stopped doing my laundry at my apartment complex, which used a similar system. (Express Laundromat has machines you can pay into directly with card, coins, or tap-to-pay. If you only have cash, they have coin machines, btw.) 3. But fine, for just today I was willing to pay for one of these cards so that I could do my laundry. Except, the kiosk that dispenses the cards only accepts cash! I didn't have the cash on me to load onto a new card, so I really had no choice BUT to leave with my laundry. But even if I did have the cash, I would never come back to this place. There aren't enough big machines, and more importantly the payment process feels like a massive grift. Booooooo.

This place is a little hidden gem nestled in a little plaza with a pizza place and a McDonalds and…read morea few other mom and pop businesses. I've dropped off my laundry a few times now and have always been met with professional service. There are two employees there in particular who are lovely to deal with and their names escape me but I will find out and edit this review. The owner of this business called me himself to find out if I was satisfied with my service. You don't get that kind of customer service these days and while I haven't gotten a chance to call him back, Scott keep up the great work! I'm new in the area and have visited several laundromats but Clean Clothes has won me over. I have yet to try the delivery service because I live close enough that I feel lazy even thinking about doing so but I do not doubt that the delivery is as good if not better than the drop off/pick up I've experienced. They also have a little punch card thinger and after ten washes you get a free wash. Very good idea and is just one more reason you are my go to laundromat. ....and the price ain't too shabby. I paid $15.00 drop off fee for 12lbs of wash. Two thumbs up!

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with a laundry service. I sent over 300 pounds of…read moreclothing and even spoke with the owner beforehand to confirm they could accommodate my request for returning items properly organized. Instead, my clothes came back a complete disaster -- some were still dirty, others were ruined, and I am now missing a significant amount of clothing. When I contacted them, they brushed me off by saying they'd "tell the girl," and then claimed she went on vacation. As for the missing items, they only told me they would "look for them." No accountability, no urgency, no resolution. To make matters worse, they lost expensive items, including a $425 hoodie. What I got back was one giant mess of wrinkled, mishandled clothing, far from the professional service they advertise. This company showed a total lack of care, accountability, and respect for their customers' belongings. I would strongly warn anyone against using Clean Clothes Depot unless you want to risk losing your clothing and wasting your money. Unfortunately, I am going to have to take them to court for the items they ruined and the missing items they did not return.
