The staff is great; One time the manager and his son passed out donuts. Another visit the staff backed up a customer who was being yelled at by another customer because there was urine on the blanket she was putting into the washing machine. Apparently he has never had to care for an infant, elderly person, or animal. Anyway the staff on site totally backed and supported her. They are super customer friendly. They also offer by the pound laundry services and specialty cleaning for large items like comforters. They have a play area with toys for the kids and benches and a desk to sit and read or work.

I came here since it was close to home. I walked into a clean and not too busy place. Okay ok I can do this. I reviewed the various machines and honestly felt lost. I'm used to my regular machine and there were so many options. Machines that seemed the same size as mine, I'm guessing they were actually bigger? That one cost $4.50, another obviously larger machine cost $6.00 and another HUGE machine cost $7or $9!!! I think I might be able to fit a few comforters in that one! Each visit I only brought in a big sized lawn garbage sized black bag of towels and clothes and 2 clean baskets to take my clothes home in. The dryers were $2.00 for 30 minutes. Most times my clothes were dry but if not, I didn't care about it since my dryer is fine for the few things I took home that needed a few more minutes. Monday through Friday 7am to 1pm there is an attendant. She's very helpful, I only seen her once since I usually went on weekends except once. There I'd a # on the washing machines that indicate how many loads they hold! I didn't know that until she told me. There is a restroom there, I never opened that door so I don't know what it's like in there. Again I live close enough by and didn't need to go.

The last wash is at 11:30 to ensure they can close the store on time. There's at least one employee always on the floor to assist and answer questions, unlike other laundromats. Another plus is that I haven't seen any sketchy people hanging around here late night, nor have I experienced any homeless people asking for money.

XS loads, Small loads, Medium loads, and XL loads Two sizes of dryers which are $.75 for 10minutes. There is a change machine, but no atm, there's a vending machine for detergent, fabric softener, and dryer sheets. Two televisions, one in English and one in Spanish. Plenty of seating, 3 long folding tables and a handful of carts. They have a Quarter machine game, and secured restrooms door has a code. The gentleman working there the most keeps the homeless out the store and away from around the store which makes the laundry mat feel safer at night. He understands mostly Hindi, I used my phone to translate English to Hindi, it only took about 30 seconds and he was very helpful.
