I was looking for a laundromat to dry my clothes before my work meetings started and was lucky enough to come across Phoenix. After I explained my issue they took the time to get my clothes dried and pressed in a very short period of time. They staff was very friendly and the environment was very welcoming. The crowd was into our performance along with the same crowd being very interactive with the comedians who were on the bill. This isn't your usual bar, this isn't even your usual laundromat, simply because it's a hybrid of both. Can you imagine time flying on your laundry because you're watching sports a few steps away from the washing machines? They no longer have a kitchen, which my homie reminded me about them serving brunch & that's something that was always in the back of my mind because I was curious about what was on the menu. I went to Liberty Laundry and everyone working there was incredibly helpful, they showed me how to use the machines, how to put money on my card, they could not have been nicer. The other customers were also friendly and helpful. The facility was also super clean and they have snacks for sale at the front desk in case you get hungry. There are tables to hang out at while you're waiting for your laundry. I will definitely go back here next time I need to do more laundry in bulk!

There was carpet from the 90's that was well-loved and tattered. The machines cleaned well and the dryers were hot. Everything was clean and sanitized, which I liked. I went early in the morning, so it wasn't very busy! The attendant on duty was friendly and was consistently making sure everything was working as it should and sanitizing. The restroom was well stocked and tidy. They do have an ATM and a bill changer, but the machines only take quarters, so no cash cards here! They also offer drop off/pick up laundry services which I thought was neat! Overall a clean and quiet atmosphere, which I appreciate. If I ever am in a situation to where I need to use a laundromat, I will most-likely come back here.

Then tell you afterwards that you didn't pay them enough! They switched larger bills for smaller ones, then said I owed them more! The first time could have been an honest mistake but that's highly unusual! But the second time it happened she accused me of being dishonest! It's the Business Responsibility to count the money to verify the transaction at the time of service! Not wait a week later to ask for more money! I won't be back!

Wow what can I say!? We've used a local "laundromat" style drop off service as well as a dry…read morecleaners with delivery for our household laundry, and this is absolutely the best. With the laundromat we still have to remember to pick it up (then put it away ugh), and more frequently than not our clothes don't stay separate so all the time we saved not doing laundry is spent resorting each family members items when we get home. With the local chain dry cleaner delivery our clothes sit on the porch all day(or longer) before we get home ,which one time resulted in soaking wet clothes after a rainstorm (had to redo ourselves). This service seems to have cured both problems. My kids clothes stay separate from ours and after the initial setup the app made scheduling a snap. We keep early hours and I LOVE that I can schedule the pickup before dawn so me and my wife can throw our workout gear in right before pickup. Awesome service!
