This is by far the best coin laundry in the surrounding area. Let's face it, doing laundry is a chore, but getting it done at this newly remodeled laundromat (with several brand new machines) makes doing my laundry a little bit nicer. So, especially in this time of Covid-19, what we all want is cleanliness, and safety. We were compelled to go the The Laundry Bag because our own washing machine broke down... we weren't looking forward to it, but we were very pleasantly surprised. The Laundry Bag was spotless! There was someone there wiping down the machines, and tables. We felt very safe, and cared-for. The clientele all followed the Covid-19 guidelines so there was a sense of community and common purpose. The clientele was courteous, as well. We had to come back for a month while the home warranty company dragged out our repair (that's a whole other story!) but our weekly experience was always the same, positive. The machines were clean, reasonably priced, and effective! One thing we really liked was that they have some HUGE capacity machines at The Laundry Bag. These machines are GREAT for washing a comforted or large curtain panels, etc. It turns out to be MUCH less expensive that taking them to the cleaners, and just as effective! Also, parking is ample, and close up to The Laundry Bag door. It made loading and unloading the loads of laundry a snap. Plus, we could see our machine from the car, and felt our stuff was secure. There are several eateries in that same strip mall....a deli, a coffee shop, a chicken take-out place.... so you can eat while you wait for your clothes. read more

I knew the original Owner Ann & her night Janitor Big John. Ann was the sweetest woman in the world very kind and honored her customers with great accountability. as a business owner. The unique Family business of customer care has been carried on by Ann's daughter (who is her mother's twin) and the maintenance attendant. Whenever there's anything wrong it is addressed quickly. The machine are great you get a lot of water on your clothes so they can get clean. Dryer's are awesome with high temperature heating. Laundrymat is usually clean Maintenance/ Attendant does a great job servicing machines and customer service. I have seen and personally experienced this great Business AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Cold Water. Most water machines wash with cold water ONLY. And you won't know this without opening the lid and checking. This is not just during the rinse - but during the main wash. A couple of machines do use Warm water, but if you don't know, you will have to guess which. Horrible that no one addressed this. read more

I've not been to a laundromat in over a decade, so I forgot how much fun it can be. A laundromat possesses a slice of America; the Caribbean son helping his elderly mother fold a rose-patterned throw, a Spanish-speaking boy playing soccer with the wall, a lady explaining the process of washing a duvet to her young son in a British accent, and a young family hauling bag after bag of clean and neatly folded laundry into the back of their enormous SUV which somehow seems too small to possibly hold it all. A laundromat is a magical place. And the Laundry Bag is no exception; to the contrary, it is an exceptional example of what a laundromat is supposed to be. I could discern no employee, but all of the patrons seemed knowledgable and very willing to help and explain. There is a change machine which dispenses quarters, and a soap machine if you need to purchase detergent or fabric sheets. There is no bathroom. There is nowhere to plug in and charge your device, but watching the machines and the other patrons is very diverting in and of itself. There are not enough seats for everyone, but most are quick to make room if you ask. There are carts on the premises to move your laundry around from station to station. One of the washing machines is capable of washing up to six loads; others have a capacity of one, two, or three loads. I brought two loads to wash. I brought my own detergent and fabric sheets. I was able to complete the task for less than $6 in about an hour. Magic requires imagination, so if you have none you may find the Laundry Bag to be quite dull, but, for me, it was magical. Noon on a Tuesday and the floor was filthy. There are no tables for folding clothes and no restrooms. Better than washing by hand, however.

The washing machines do the job. You get the small washing machines for $3.25 and the double-sized washing machine for $6.50. The wash is 23 minutes. The dryers are 25 cents for every 8 minutes. Admittedly, they do lack seating. Only about 8 bench-style seats available, and are usually being hogged by one asshole who needs to spread their seven empty bags over the chairs. It's relatively clean, fortunately. There is no bathroom, but there's an IHOP a little further down with a tolerable toilet. The worst thing about the laundromat is its customers. Rude families with screaming children whom they allow to run around wildly and behave poorly. It happens all the time. The room is small and echoes, so honestly hearing children scream in there is absolute hell. I love kids usually, but if your child starts screaming inside a laundromat for fun and you don't stop him/her, you are an asshole and your child will probably be an asshole too. read more

Get here early because washers and dryers get taken fast!!! Wish it had more but at least there's one close to my place. Wasn't that dirty but not a lot of room at the same time. This laundromat is decent. Why do people expect it to be a 4 star resort? It provides most of the necessary items needed to do your laundry. (Yes a sink is missing!) I could understand other luxuries that are missing such as WiFi, outlets, a TV, refreshments (maybe a vending machine with snacks) are lacking... oops, am I one of those who expected the red carpet?? But this location is good if you're looking for the basics and there is even a private parking lot. read more
