An she literally slammed one of the doors shut and locked it on an older man at only 11:16pm saying it's to late for him to come in(all he had was clothes that needed drying!) You would only hope that we would get treated with kindness on the simple principal of how much money we have to spend just to wash and dry there!!! The last wash is at 11:30 to ensure they can close the store on time. There's at least one employee always on the floor to assist and answer questions, unlike other laundromats. Another plus is that I haven't seen any sketchy people hanging around here late night, nor have I experienced any homeless people asking for money.

I came here since it was close to home. I walked into a clean and not too busy place. Okay ok I can do this. I reviewed the various machines and honestly felt lost. I'm used to my regular machine and there were so many options. Machines that seemed the same size as mine, I'm guessing they were actually bigger? That one cost $4.50, another obviously larger machine cost $6.00 and another HUGE machine cost $7or $9!!! I think I might be able to fit a few comforters in that one! Each visit I only brought in a big sized lawn garbage sized black bag of towels and clothes and 2 clean baskets to take my clothes home in. The dryers were $2.00 for 30 minutes. Most times my clothes were dry but if not, I didn't care about it since my dryer is fine for the few things I took home that needed a few more minutes. Monday through Friday 7am to 1pm there is an attendant. She's very helpful, I only seen her once since I usually went on weekends except once. There I'd a # on the washing machines that indicate how many loads they hold! I didn't know that until she told me. There is a restroom there, I never opened that door so I don't know what it's like in there. Again I live close enough by and didn't need to go.

The dryers on the other side numbered 18-21 are .25 cents for 2 minutes. To me the both look the same size, so I was confused on the price difference but I guess they aren't. In comparison, the place I normally go the regular size dryer you get 7 minutes for .25 and the huge dryers are about 5 minutes for .25. Typically dryers are suppose to be the cheap part of washing clothes but I basically spent the same amount to wash them. The washer that can carry 4 loads are $9 The washer that can carry 6 loads are $11 Regular size washer is $3.50 In comparison, the place I normally go washers are $2.50, $5.50, $7 and $10. 1 quarter machine was broken. The 2nd quarter machine took my $5. So I have to write my name down for a call back for whenever whoever has a key to give me my $5 back. Luckily they came before I left so I did get it. The 3rd quarter machine had moments where it would stop making noise and I was scared it was also gonna eat my money, but it thankfully didn't. For comparison, at the laundromat I go to for the same 2 baskets of clothes, using the same size washer and dryers I would spend about $20. Here, I spent $35+, because of course my clothes didn't dry the first round and I had to keep adding quarters. I brought $40 with me, so I know I didn't spend the whole $40 since I have change left in my purse I probably won't come here again but at least they were open for Xmas eve

XS loads, Small loads, Medium loads, and XL loads Two sizes of dryers which are $.75 for 10minutes. There is a change machine, but no atm, there's a vending machine for detergent, fabric softener, and dryer sheets. Two televisions, one in English and one in Spanish. Plenty of seating, 3 long folding tables and a handful of carts. They have a Quarter machine game, and secured restrooms door has a code. The gentleman working there the most keeps the homeless out the store and away from around the store which makes the laundry mat feel safer at night. He understands mostly Hindi, I used my phone to translate English to Hindi, it only took about 30 seconds and he was very helpful.
