We visited over winter break with our extended families but planned to have only a handful of jumpers - 2 adults, 4 kids (7, 5, 3, 3) and an infant who is barely walking. We chose the "extreme fun" pass for everyone and were told that the infant would be the same price ($24.99) for everyone. What? She can't even walk. That's crazy. But okay fine, a policy is a policy, she can watch. So our total for 6 people was $150 + socks ($3 each) + tax but wait! There's a 5.5% fee for using a credit card so another $8+. The website casually mentions a "discounted cash price" but a 5% upcharge is absurd. In 2026 who carries around that kind of cash? When we asked about this up charge, the attendant grew very defensive and began trying to explain that the credit card company requires the charge and that it's not a fee they can eat as a business expense because they have to pay for Virginia gaming taxes or something. Look, I get it, I work in customer service too and don't always agree with my employer's policies (but still have to support them) but this man was acting like the fee would come directly out of his paycheck and being quite aggressive about it. We aren't stupid and know that businesses have out of pocket costs but pretending like they need to be passed on to the consumer at an exact 1:1 ratio is silly, ESPECIALLY when you're charging $3 for a $0.10 pair of socks. Anyways, we paid and kept it moving. The kids liked jumping and then the older girls liked the climbing walls. It wasn't very crowded and most of the bigger kids/teens were corralled in one of the dodgeball courts. I assume this is where all of the employees were too because there was absolutely no one available anywhere else on the floor. Not a huge deal because we had plenty of adults and our younger kids were safe to play on the other surfaces. They really liked the small playground (although it really should be more like 8 and under, 12 is pretty big for an area obviously for younger kids). The foam pits in the jousting area and ladder section were disappointing because the foam is old and crusty off and pretty gross but the trampoline parts were fairly clean. There is a section with "ninja" kind of activities that seemed to be an afterthought and had a lot of unfinished wood and a dangerous open area to the bottom of the trampoline springs that we stayed clear of but could be a big issue for older kids. When we were all getting tired of jumping and wanted to do the arcade and bumper cars is when things started going downhill again. We asked the person at the front for help with the bumper cars and he said someone on the floor could help but there was no one to be found. One employee at the front desk, one at the snack bar, and not a soul on the floor, no one at the climbing wall, and not a soul in the arcade/big slide area. They finally managed to find someone but were visibly annoyed so it was an uncomfortable situation. After we were done doing arcade games we went to the prize area to cash in our points for trinkets. The kids mostly played games that didn't get many points so I knew we wouldn't have a lot but we had 3 cards and wanted to combine the points to get a couple very small items. There were other families there with a gazillion points though and the man working there seemed super overwhelmed by the process and focused on their high ticket items, which is understandable. He told us the individual amounts but then when he was combining them the amount was somehow less than they were alone? He kept adding them but as other people came up he'd start doing things with them and mixing up everyone's cards. It was super confusing for everyone, especially our 2 kids who kept picking out treats and then being told actually no wrong amount. He finally came up with a number that was in the same ballpark as the initial individual cards and we got a couple bouncy balls. Overall, this was quite a day. The jumping part was fine but the customer service overall needs some serious help. They are obviously significantly understaffed which is annoying at best but potentially very dangerous with no one on the floor. The credit card situation is annoying too and should be more clear on the website, but truly the ability to take cards is a business convenience and expense that I expect a business to absorb. read more

Our kids have the best time here! They have activities for all ages and fitness levels. The staff is so friendly and engaging. Especially impressed with Christina who treated my kids like royalty and took the best care of us when one of our kids was sick. Highly recommend this business!!! The past 3 times we have been our experience has been ruined by the employees. The 11 years olds that are walking around nit pick everything you do. My daughter is 2 years old and they were telling me I can not be in the 48" and under with her I had to stand out and watch her get trampled by the other kids ? Take her out of there then I'm told I can't jump in the same square as her ? pay to play with your kids and then you can't even enjoy it. These kids are extremely rude with everything they say as well and after talking with the manager I see why they think it's okay. I've been multiple times, each time I've left questioning why i spent more of my hard earned dollars here. -entire building is packed with kids, way overcrowded. I can not emphasize this enough -staff aren't helpful or attentive -the add-ons and games are overpriced ($5 for a bumper car track the size of my living room? $3 additional for a jump tower? $5 for a 12 ft rock climbing wall? And most video games are a dollar+) -it's like the inside of an oven on the building If my kids don't twist my arm, i doubt I'll go back. read more

Called in advance for our party and was told yes over the phone by the manager, and we arrive there and was told by same manager that he did not write us down and we were denied entry. Very disappointed with the experience my group had at the park today. The staff were rarely present on the trampoline floor, and when they were present, the adults in my group watched as staff talked to each other in huddles and even vaped rather than monitoring their stations or enforcing the rules. I watched rules being broken and children getting hurt directly in front of staff members and no action was taken. Additionally, the staff made rude comments towards both the adults and the children in my group, and we were given dirty looks the entirety of our time at the park. I understand that it is the parent's responsibility to look after their own children, but the negligence of the staff and their demeanor is unacceptable. There is no consideration for the safety and well-being of the patrons aside from the three minute safety video that is shown immediately before jumping (even then, we couldn't hear the video and staff weren't present to answer our questions). read more

We've been twice. It is a fun place to take a little break from the mundane. It is a bit pricey and geared more for the elementary age kids, but my teens had fun. My recommendations would be to add a few more attractions for older more adventurous teens and adults. It would also be nice to have more selections for snacks/food. It's worth a visit read more

I am a summer camp leader, and I came recently with a fairly large group of students and other coworkers. As Tyra Banks said, "it's so bad I wanna give you a zero, but I cannot do that... so I give you a one." The place looks dingy and dusty. Most of the staff (except the old head with the attitude) seemed very young, immature, and miserable, which is fine except for the fact that they projected that onto my coworkers and our students. We watched as kids who weren't ours were never reprimanded for being unsafe/breaking rules, yet one of the staff members essentially told my coworkers and I we "weren't off the hook" and still needed to do our jobs. As a caretaker myself, I felt very disrespected because why are you fixing your mouth to tell me how to do MY job when YOUR staff is vaping in the corner and hovering together not watching anything? Be all the way for real. Rest assured, we will not be back. read more

So we had a family day and had a pretty good time at the trampoline park minus a horribly rude young man name Adam. I would love to go into the first incident but here's the most important! After the tramp park I went grocery shopping and was minus double the amount from them! My card was ran twice For $140. When I called them, guess what, I talked to Adam again who suggested that I call my bank because apparently this is something that continues to happen there and they can't fixed the issues with their card reader and will not tell customers prior to using their card that they will possibly be charged twice! Poor poor customer service at the very least and thieves at the most! A day later and my money is still not back on my card! Wonder if I didn't have another $140 in there and had checks coming out! Who pays for those fees! Fix your problems there and hire someone who can speak with customers! I'll never go back there again! read more

The staff a rude and when I say rude I mean VERY rude. My little brother was standing beside me and a staff member came up and told him to slow down. How can he slow down if he's standing beside me my brother got upset and started crying and left. Then we decided to do the drop tower and the boy who was working looked me up and down and said weight limit is 250. Uhm hello who the heck stands there and says that to someone who obviously isn't 250 but saying no more it really got to me and we left. I will never spend money here ever again. read more

Ok so a couple pro tips on this place...Stick with me. This place is insanely packed, the ticket lines are very long and move very slow because of the loud music (staff can't hear you), ticket options and waivers. Remember that if you purchase tickets in advance they are non refundable, so make sure you have a firm commitment from your kid's friends before you purchase. That being said, buy your tickets online and complete the waiver online prior to arrival. If you are bringing someone else's child, have their parent log in and fill out the waiver so you aren't liable for another mini human that isn't your progeny. The trampoline areas are pretty nice, there's 4 open areas, 2 for dodgeball (one was supervised, one wasn't), an open jump space and a curtained off space that looked like it was for little kids. There is also a basketball jump zone, 3 lanes, and they move pretty fast. The jousting area gets pretty cluttered with kids, as does the jump to foam section. These are a bit slower moving. Ok so pay attention here: the two things you want to consider before you purchase tickets. Do your kids really need a 4 minute bumper car ride that requires a 12-16 minute wait and cost $5. Also, will they utilize the jump tower or run like chickens for $3? You know your kids so make that decision. The bumper cars are a time suck away from jumping, but if you have a daredevil then add the $3 jump tower. So all in all, this place is ok. It's so packed and so loud which is very different than its portrayed on the website or in the promo videos. The staff seems mildly attentive so watch your own kids. Most of them look like kids themselves. Neat concept, but probably need to lower the music so that staff and parents can hear and kids can listen, and also need to lower the max kids per hour. read more

I took my children here opening day. We've gone to a similar trampoline park several times in Greensboro. I felt that this was very expensive in comparison, the bumper cars were $5 per child for a few minutes of riding. That adds up fast! Also, although they had a fairly large staff, I just didn't feel they were carefully watching the kids and making sure they were safe. For example, my 11 year old son got hit in the face numerous times by a 20ish year old while playing dodgeball. The rules are clearly written "no head shots ". When I talked to the staff about it, they said it was acceptable since it was accidental. Once or twice is accidental, 5+ times isn't. I also saw staff texting and not watching the kids. I worry about the "launch tower". I feel like it's an accident waiting to happen. I've had one friend break their ankle there and a friends daughter twisted hers there. I know trampoline parks are potentially dangerous, but I feel that this one isn't as safe as it should be. We'll be driving to Greensboro to jump!:) read more

Me and my sister-in-law had been wanting to come here for months and were SO disappointed when we were there. The staff was rude and would just look at the people standing in line. Once we were helped, we did what they told us- sign the waiver, get back in line, watch the video. We finally get to the trampoline part and it's filled with very small children. Not like 6-10 year olds, I mean 3-4 year olds. Running around the trampolines alone because there's only one person per pad allowed and the parents just stand from the edge. This concernedme because I didn't want to be blamed if one of them fell in my space and got hurt. We moved on to a different part and were met with even more small children and the other areas for games (dodgeball and such) were filled with people playing. This is all in a span of about 4 minutes and we decided that this was definitely a waste of money for two people over the age of 12. When we asked for a refund of some kind, instead of the manager apologizing and saying no refunds, he thought we needed to know that launching pad is the "biggest trampoline park in the US." Okay, thank you for the fun fact but I wouldn't really have been as irritated if he had just said "I'm sorry, we can't give out refunds." A few hours later we call the store and ask if there is a corporate number we can call to speak with someone higher up and the manager answers and tells us that he spoke to us earlier and there's no corporate but he can give us an email. 5 minutes go by and we're still on hold with the manager so we hang up. I will not be wasting my money here again, but I'm sure it's fun for small children and families that can afford it. read more

Party rooms need to have better AC. We had a birthday party there, and it was stuffy and way too hot. Seems to be a serious issue in management of personnel and overbooking. The trampolines themselves seem to be in good condition. I find it a little ridiculous that there is an additional change for the jump tower considering the basic fees. So I took my children here 3 times since opening , each time was a little less enjoyable than before. On opening day the staff were super friendly and polite while the cost was slightly on the high side it was a nice change from the norm , two weeks later lots of eye rolling when you ask questions , staff on the floor" supervising" huddled in packs laughing and joking with each other not actually watching anything. Third visit was my last for awhile , the staff was all teenagers playing adults they were rude and standing at stations, playing on their phones throwing balls at each other and so forth no organization at all with the children everyone could do anything they wanted which for smaller children make this place extremely unsafe. The music is so loud you can hear anything anyone is saying and the locker area was littered with discarded plastic and used socks and drink bottles, the bench had a sticky substance. While these are things I expect at a kids establishment you have at least a dozen staff members standing around idle. read more
