I am a figure skater and love the ice rink, but one of the things i don't like is there is always a naked person in the male pool locker room, and i understand we all have to change but always just there. I really like the pool indoors , but the outside pool is so small. The ice rink staff know a lot about the hockey but for the figure skaters they don't know anything. read more

Entrance staff could be friendlier. The woman there in the morning wasn't very helpful and didn't look at me once. It was an in inconvenience asking for a schedule. It won't show online on an iPhone or android. Didn't work on my iPad or laptop either. I'm new so I wanted to know what was available. The lady at the desk surely didn't tell me so I walked around and figured the place out for myself. Locker rooms are disgusting and old. I couldn't bring myself to shower in them. I was told all the money goes into the ice rink side. The pool was decent. Got conflicting info on using the equipment. They told me I could borrow theirs and the manager said they no longer did that. Got there today and they were letting people borrow so I guess I'll have to leave mine in the trunk in case it's a no day. The kid at the desk tonight addressed me with hey what's up. Not sure I like that being I'm old enough to be his grandmother. Would I return, yes. It has a lot of classes I'm interested in. More so than Gold's. Gold's seems to be cleaner and friendlier so I'll likely go back and forth. I'm a silver sneakers member so I need to use their card as well as scan mine. Ample parking and accessible location near a lot of businesses. read more

Lancerlot is great. The home town family feeling fused with the new and exciting energy of the local sports teams has really been a sight to behold this year. They have saunas and hot tubs in the locker rooms! There is swimming in a heated indoor pool year round, and an outdoor pool for the Summer and swim lessons and even a swim team! The weights have been upgraded and are so much better than the other gyms I've been too around the valley and the fitness classes I've attended have been really fun but also challenging. The new child watch area upstairs has really been a blessing for our family as well. I've signed my family up and encourage you to do the same! read more

Very disappointed with our experience here. Kelly took us for a tour and didn't offer for us to see the locker rooms. Which we later found out on our one and only visit, are filthy. The women's hot tub jets don't work. One of the members advised me not to get in, as she also felt the cleanliness was questionable. They tell you they're renovating soon, but it's obvious this is only being talked about. At one point I was standing at the front desk waiting to be helped, and the lady at the back continued to ignore me. Then when I walked back to her to ask for help. She was talking to the teenager that was supposed to be up there! Very unprofessional and the staff is heavily lacking in customer service skills. Which is even more frustrating considering the price for a membership. So after being a member for only 11 days(15 mins of use), I requested to cancel my membership. I had to pay $100 cancellation fee and the $25 enrollment fee. No apology, no ownership in the lack of service Kelly gave. Well worth the drive to Green Ridge. read more

The kid's swimming classes are a joke. There is no organization, swim instructors show up after class is supposed to start, and the kids just hold onto the edge of the pool for 15-30 minutes waiting for the instructor to give instruction or help them learn something. The swim instructors don't smile at all or create a welcoming atmosphere for the children to learn. There is also no encouragement or incentive for the kids to learn, so they are most often bored and not motivated (and my kid normally loves swimming and learning new water tricks!). I don't know if there is a better place around, but this is definitely not where you want to take your child to learn to swim. read more

Always clean, great staff, I've gone to this gym for years and always have had good experiences.

I removed my child from the afterschool program as soon as I could. The staff was nice, but the facility was very dirty. Many parts of the building smelled badly when I would come to pick him up. I haven't used the fitness area, but walking through, I just didn't get that "clean" vibe at all. read more
