They were incredibly easy to work with and managed to get us in for a Father's Day weekend charter on short notice on Folsom Lake, which was much appreciated. We booked a 3-hour trip and packed in a ton of fun! The crew was totally flexible and let us customize the experience to be exactly what we wanted. We cruised around the lake, swam, and even tried water surfing behind the boat. Sky was amazing with our daughter--she gave her a lesson, walked her through the basics, and coached her the entire way. It made the experience so much more memorable for our family. They came fully equipped with everything we needed, including life vests for the whole crew. Whether we had wanted to just relax and cruise or stay in the water the whole time, they were happy to go with whatever worked for us. Next time, we're definitely going to try the tubes and the floating island--they had it all ready and it looked like a blast. I highly recommend this school! We went out by Jack O'Neill's house and it's a perfect place for beginners. The surf was gentle at low tide and Ryan helped me get into the waves with a push. I was du ally able to get up and ride a few waves all the way to shore. It was also cool to spot the local wildlife. I saw some otters and also dolphins cruised by. And what a great and unique view of the pleasure point coastline. I can see why so many surfers sit on their boards looking to shore. It's really gorgeous. I will definitely be back to this school! Bad part is any time you have an issue or problem to address, your in the wrong and they are "right" because you need them to complete the class and they use that against you. They are not there to help you, they want your money. So much for non profit. As long as they go to work in pajamas and do nothing they are happy. Other wise they want to kick you out like you did something horrible. I hope this program gets shut down asap. Now that you can't address issues directly, maria takes advantage of that and shes Right even if she's really wrong. Unacceptable. Nothing has come out of this class but issues and a fat bill. Way to go Bridges. Placed a complaint through the state. Fingers crossed they get corrected. Or better staff.
