They were incredibly easy to work with and managed to get us in for a Father's Day weekend charter on short notice on Folsom Lake, which was much appreciated. We booked a 3-hour trip and packed in a ton of fun! The crew was totally flexible and let us customize the experience to be exactly what we wanted. We cruised around the lake, swam, and even tried water surfing behind the boat. Sky was amazing with our daughter--she gave her a lesson, walked her through the basics, and coached her the entire way. It made the experience so much more memorable for our family. They came fully equipped with everything we needed, including life vests for the whole crew. Whether we had wanted to just relax and cruise or stay in the water the whole time, they were happy to go with whatever worked for us. Next time, we're definitely going to try the tubes and the floating island--they had it all ready and it looked like a blast. After 20 years of not skateboarding, I decided to pickup skateboarding again. I stopped in Surf and…read moreSkate on Thursday April 30th to purchase a skateboard. I was greeted by Sonny as soon as I walked in who was super cheerful and eager to help me. I wanted to build my own board instead of buying a complete one like how I did when I was younger. Sonny was really helpful and knowledgeable and helped me picked out the right size board 8.5 and correct wheels for my skating goals. She also recommended the reds bearings which I loved because they spin super fast. We came back the next day May 1st with my 7 year old daughter and she picked out her own board too. Sonny was really patient with her and helped her pick out and build her board as well. Sonny was also the only employee working and had 4 other customers inside the store but was doing an awesome job job multitasking. I work in management and I could tell how passionate and knowledgeable Sonny was. I was impressed with her customer service skills. My daughter and I built a closer bond thanks to skateboarding and been skating everyday ever since! THANK YOU SONNY! She deserves a raise!
