I'm here on opening day, 7/24/15, and I'm truly thrilled that they're here. This part of town needed a good brewery, and launchpad has definitely filled the void. The owners are very nice, informative, and make great beer! Launchpad will be a great boon for local eateries as well, since nothing goes better with good food than good beer! read more

Launch pad has outstanding beer with a very specific theme which makes it fun. I really appreciate their commitment to supporting the local air force and how they incorporate it into the tap room. They've got a great beer selection which are always inventive and tasty. read more

Great beer list and nice location for a craft beer pub. Friendly and knowledgeable staff with great attitudes. Very good amber ale and excellent ipa !! Worth the trip. read more

I really like several of the beers they offer here. They have a good variety to please a wide array of tastes. They can get pretty busy, even on a weekday, but if you are a fan of craft beers make this one of your must visits. They don't serve food, so BYO or order from a restaurant nearby. My only complaint about this place is it's across town and hard for me to get to on a regular basis. read more

Fun military-themed craft brew house with a wide variety of styles to appeal to any taste :)

Thank Goodness there's a brewery for us Aurora locals! This is a great spot! We ran across it because we had eyed the Asian restaurant next door; we finished our food and couldn't resist this spot. They have the garage doors that open in the nice weather, but they also have the cement floors that are perfect for the pups! .... and youngsters. Wow. GREAT bar staff that welcomes you and keeps you company while educating you on the brew. Lots of choices. Great atmosphere. We will definitely be back. I'm so happy there's a 'local' brew in Aurora! read more

Really awesome little brewery in Aurora. Competent rotating selection of brews on tap well crafted. My bartender Bob was a kind, patient and experienced professional who guided me through the experience. I definitely recommend stopping in if you're near DIA. read more

This brewery turned a whiskey snob into a beer guy. They have a beer for anyone and everyone; a true small batch, craft brewery. Equally important, the people and service. At Launchpad, you're treated like a longtime friend. Everyone is there to hang out and drink some fantastic and creative brews. I can't wait to go back to relax, meet some new people, and try their newest beers. read more

Cool rocket themed brewery. Friendly service. Dog friendly. Yummy beers. We had a flight of 6 different kinds. My favorites were the porters. read more

We live walking distance from this brewery and love going here! We are actually here right now and wanted to make sure other knew what they are missing out on! read more

Absolutely amazing! The atmosphere was great, the bartenders were very kind, and of course the beer was fantastic! My fiance and I got the flights which were reasonably priced. My favorites were the coffee milk stout and the lemon lavender. We liked them so much we took some to go! I highly recommend this place for a delicious beer and great atmosphere! read more

One of Aurora's best kept secrets. This place has a huge selection of tasty beers. We didn't eat beforehand and it worked out perfectly. They have menus for nearby restaurants who deliver to the brewery. They also have board games if you need something to do while you sip. read more

Great customer service and a beautiful brewery! We loved the peanut butter beer! So very good! We wanted more, but the cost was a on the high end. Thanks for that tasty beer! read more

This place is awesome! We are from Austin, Tx and this was the last stop before we left and we are glad we came. Im not much of a drinker one every few weeks or so but After this place I could be a regular. I got the American Wheat which to me tasted like gum. My husband got double Pale Ale and patriot pale ale and liked them both. We highly recommend this place for sure! read more

Paid Launch Pad a visit on my most recent trip to visit my fam in Aurora (before the blizzard woo hoo) and i'm always keeping an eye out for new microbrews in the area, and was glad i made it out to this one. Thanks for the tip on letting me know it was behind 7/11 fellow yelpers it made it easy to find. Because when in Rome...you gotta try them all, and that is exactly what i did, tried all the beers they had on tap. This place makes my inner space geek giddy with their theme, also had the pleasure of talking to Dave about beer and space and its a small world considering where we both work for a living (just different states). Anyway he was nice enough to share some of the yet to be released barley wine with us, and was i ever grateful! Thanks for quenching my thirst while visiting the area, i will definitely stop by when i'm back in the area for Christmas! read more

So happy to have another brewery close by that has good beer! We had a flight minus IPA's. They were all very good. I'm partial to wheat beer so that was my favorite. My husband really enjoyed the stout. The bartender Victoria was very friendly. We had a nice talk with her about beers. Very happy that they are here! read more

This is a very good brewery. The staff is great and the owner actually spends time with many of the patrons. I love the small business vibe and the fact it is prior-military owned. They're always putting out new beers. I actually bought a membership which comes with additional benefits and discounts. Thanks guys! read more

I got the Pillars of Creation. Damn... Everything else and the food trucks are good too. Great place to have a beer with friends if you like good beer. read more

We come here fairly often for all of the wonderful beers. There is such a great selection and the atmosphere here is just laid back and cool. It's a little hidden, you can't see it from the street but trust me, it's worth looking for. I even picked up some growlers for my 40th Birthday party from here to share with my friends and everyone loved them! read more

Great beer, friendly and knowledgeable owner! Loved the military and space themed decor and beers. This is a fun place to spend an evening and enjoy some very fine beer! I wish we lived closer and so we could go there regularly and try all of their ever changing and delicious creations. read more

Great beer and great staff. Brian is a real sweetheart, once you're on his good side ;)

Great beers and atmosphere. Friendly staff too. Good variety of beer styles. Parking was a bit sparce in the shopping center.

Laid back atmosphere. Friendly, courteous staff. Great tasting Soyuz Stout. Great location.

Went in for the first time tonight, looking for a place to watch the rocky mountain showdown. No sports on TV here. Waitress/bartender asked what I wanted, stated I don't know, before I could ask " what do you recommend " she was gone no chance to ask follow up question. Didn't stay. read more

Looking for a great night out with friends and good beer? Look no further! With the variety of food trucks visiting frequently and the best beer in Aurora.. Multiple events and fun every night of the week.. Interesting and spunky new flavors, this is the place to be for craft beer. Brian is the best bar tender - always has a friendly attitude and goes above and beyond to make you feel at home. read more

Great local brewery that supports military. Great beers to try, with that small business feeling. I had the American Wheat and the Soyuz Stout!! Two really great beers!! Highly recommended!! read more

Love this place! Friendly community and staff, love the way they bring in food trucks to try new dishes daily! Their craft is great and I love the seasonals they bring out! Small quaint little area but still fun! They make it more of a place to hang out and grab a beer, even have kids toys if the kids are along(even though I don't think kids should be running around in a bar). Love the support for the military, I believe this place is owned by two or three veterans if I'm not mistaken. Thank you for your service! read more

I live up the street and have been watching and waiting for them to open. I had hoped to be home for the grand opening but was out of town in business (as usual) and missed it. In any case I stopped by today for a quick sample and I'm glad I did. I had a pint of their brown and it was delicious. Not a heavy brown but somewhat lighter yet full of flavor with no hint of bitter aftertaste. The kind of brown that I prefer. So needless to say I'm very happy they opened up within "stumbling" distance of my house. The folks are super nice, and it's a great space tucked away just behind the 7eleven at Kentucky and Buckley. It's another addition to the welcome trend of small locally owned very well executed businesses that we are seeing in Aurora. Something we have desperately needed for some time. Stop by take a look and enjoy a brew, I think you will be glad you did. Thanks Launchpad! read more

One of the best breweries I've been to in the Denver/Aurora area. Such a friendly and helpful staff, a really neat environment, and the beer was delicious. I tried the Key Lime beer which I learned had just won an award earlier that morning. For being a relatively new brewery, I think that they are off to an excellent start and I'm looking forward to returning! read more

Not very busy but awesome bar staff and a cute place. Doesn't look like much but everyone is friendly!

Great place to chill and grab a brew. Great atmosphere, the staff are friendly and the brew is tasty. I'd recommend the Russian Imperial Stout. read more

Did the taster of all beers! Everyone was fantastic! Dave the owner even stopped by our table and served us a beer! Great place, good atmosphere. Totally recommend!!! read more

I like launchpad a lot. The ipa and brown are really good. Atmosphere is great, typical denver micro brew feeling. Aurora location is outstanding. Pencil this joint into your craft brew plans. read more

compelling venue with focus on "social" engagement rather than social distractions and over done decor. no tv's makes this venue a hit for any one wanting to connect among friends and in person chat. the beer selection is diverse and intriguing. for any beer enthusiast this is sure to please. read more

Love the beer and atmosphere!! We were there around 7 and the server we had was great! It was busy and she was all over the taproom but she still made it around! She definitely knew her beer! Couldn't tell if the guy behind bar was an employee or not. He never came out or around and didn't se friendly. Our server probably could have used his help if he was an employee.... We will be back though! read more

Tried the esb, imperial stout, saison and pale ale. They were all excellent. Service is extremely friendly and they allow dogs.

Had our company Holiday party there last night and the people are amazing. Friendly and knowledgeable. The beer was awesome as well. Had the Kolsch and the Pineapple Goze and they were spot on. Highly recommend these guys. Check them out if you are in the Aurora area. read more

So my buddy and I went there Friday for the first time cause we googled new breweries in Aurora and this place popped up. We were honestly going to only going to stay for one beer because the two the guy suggested weren't really what we wanted. This girl who obviously worked there but wasn't working that night walked by us and said she was "sorry but not sorry" for over hearing us and said we should try a couple other beers but taster size. She brought us three beers and told to let one warm up a bit before we drank it. She wouldn't tell us what we were drinking until we finished and she went back to her table. After about 20 minutes (no one but her came to us) she came up and asked us what we thought..... WE LOVED ALL THREE! Especially the warm one. We will be back for sure. We have to call and find out when Veronica is working. Who knew warmer beer was a good thing. read more

We were there last night with a group of people and the beer, atmosphere and the gal bartender with long hair was AWESOME! The only reason why we aren't giving 5 stars is because there was a guy bartender with a hat that seemed more interested in his phone and talking to a guy bartender the bar than serving my wife and i beer, and we weren't the only ones waiting for beer. We had gone up to the bar to order and the gal bartender was filling a lot of little beer tasters and said she would be right with us, meanwhile the guy bartender was playing on his phone and talking with another guy. We were right next to the guy he was talking to and he never once to notice that we were waiting. The gal did turn around and grabbed us our beer order and said we could take a seat and she would bring them out to us if we would like. After that we stayed at our table and waited for her instead of waiting to see if he would take an order. It got pretty busy but she was getting to us before we were empty and was able to talk us through the different beer styles. WE WILL BE BACK but we will make sure its when she is working. read more
