They have specials for each day, but after taxes and all the extra things they force you to buy, the special is thrown out the window. When we arrived, we signed the waiver and the staff member who claimed to be the manager as well as her other staff member offered us to upgrade 4 dollars to do the ninja warrior course. We all were intrigued, so we bought it. We were then forced to buy socks. On Mondays they have a $15 pair deal. You and one other person pay $15 to bounce. Once we were told to buy the socks, bought the ninja warrior course, and taxes, it came out to $23-$24. We went over to the ninja warrior course, which we were told it's great to upgrade to, and 2 of the courses had broken parts. The staff was aware of this and yet still wanted to offer the upgrade failing to let us know the parts were broken. I found that very unprofessional and unkind, Especially coming from the manager. My cousin and I were refunded, after the manager and her staff had an attitude and made it seem extremely difficult to want our money back for a broken course. We were not allowed to continue the ninja warrior course even though there was this inconvenience. I found that very odd. The place was clean for the most part, the trampolines were fun, as well as the dodgeball area. But all the other attractions were an upgrade. I just felt like any way they could get our money, they tried. Even the lockers to store your personal belongings were for a price! Overall we had a decent time, but for the price; I would say I wouldn't go back very often unless their specials were more inclusive with what they have going on building wide.

They have strict safety rules against double flips, require online waivers, and offer specific weekday/weekend birthday party packages. They also strictly enforce their own jump sock policy with no exceptions. However, the facility cleanliness needs major improvement--the couches were sticky and the tables were dirty during our visit. The music played overhead was a little too loud and 90% Spanish and not good at all which really made the experience a lot worse. Playing more friendly kids Disney music in English would be ideal. Additionally, it simply does not have as large of a variety of activities for kids as Flying Squirrel Trampoline Park in Lutz. It is an okay spot to get some energy out, but the upkeep and activity options leave a lot to be desired. My daughter's socks were black by the end of the session because of how dirty the place was. One of the ball pits was closed and another area was closed on a peak weekend day which should not happen. Hope management can clean the sticky tables & couches & dirty floors and offer better kid friendly kids music and offer more variety of activities.

When I asked an employee for assistance, he explained that he had to clean the bathrooms and directed me to two other employees. When I approached them, they pointed me back to him and said he would need to help me. It was frustrating trying to get a clear answer. I eventually went to the front desk to explain the situation, but they seemed just as unsure about what was going on. It appeared that the location was severely understaffed, especially considering how crowded it was. The facility was packed, and there didn't seem to be much supervision. Children were running wild, and some were even jumping and playing while carrying drinks, which raised safety concerns. They eventually opened the areas she wanted to play in, but dealing with her distress was a little much and it could've been avoided. Management needs to step up staffing and oversight, especially during busy times. The experience was disappointing, particularly after paying for the Ultimate Pass.

Staff seemed like local high school kids but they were all very friendly and helpful with the party area. Located inside the Lakeland mall, the only entrance is from outside near the movie theatre. The place is huge so air tags were a must of our group of under 7 year olds and I didn't see a check out system for safety . They have several band options for play time and extra things like aerial play , rock climbing and laser tag. They do allow you to upgrade your wristband if need be and have seasonal passes available. The kids have a blast but I didn't like that there seem to be no security or safety protocol to ensure no runaway kiddos. That's my only con as a parent to a young child. I was in full momma security mode to ensure my little one didn't get lost !

It runs for two hours, which is also solid time wise. An hour is never enough but two is perfect. I was so impressed by how large the kid section is- there are ball pits, a toddler town, challenging obstacles, and tons of slides. It seemed pretty well maintained and clean. They have a good amount of seating for parents to watch on the sides. They also allow one parent to join their child for free. My children cried when we left because they didn't want to leave. I purchased the tickets online and bought the socks in store. The pluses: the kids had a great time jumping. The negatives: one of the employees is extremely rude and "yelled" at us bc we were supposed to read minds and figure out that each adult had to go up to the desk to check in. Maybe have a sign up when you walk in telling you that instead of screaming at people. They don't serve ANY food. Just a vending machine of chips and candy. I was shocked by this. Every trampoline park that I have visited has served food, some type of food. We were all starving (since we thought we would have some finger food before heading to dinner) so we only stayed for 1 hour. There is no order to this place. I got ran over multiple times. Not many places to sit or even walk. I won't return. I'll stick to our trampoline park in Tampa. I will not return
