This mall has potential. Its mostly empty. For people like me, who pause to sit on benches while window-shopping, its great cuz I never have to look for a empty bench spot. There are a few closed stores, as well as a couple closed restaurants. However, after talking to Ted (or was it Ed?) at Boot Barn, I have high hopes for this place to become a jumpin scene. I believe the movie theaters currently carry most of the weight of producing income. I was told that the whole building is under new ownership, though. Supposedly the owners have "revived" other mall locations, and are determined to add this one to their list. I hope they succeed. At the moment, the mall is similar to a couple Southern CA malls that have regained livelihood. For those who frequent So Cal, I speak of Whitwood Mall in Whittier, & Eastland Mall in West Covina. I'm not sure if its the same new owners, but boy I was almost sure those malls were gonna shut down in the 90s. So, fingers crossed that this mall is another revival success story. As for right now, I actually can't complain, as there are some current stores I enjoy browsing. And I don't always enjoy mall crowds... One star missing for lack of Food Court options at the moment. There is one Pizza place, and one Mexican spot. Two others look recently closed, but I hope the fill up soon. read more

Laughlin Outlet Center - Shopping Centers Near Me - Laughlin, Nevada

Yes, it's been a long, long time since I've visited (I didn't remember the parking garage- very big but kinda weird, since the sign written on the doors state "food court"). Hence the updated review. Last saturday, we had a our family day trip here, which also coincided with the Laughlin River Run (not planned out). After having lunch at one of our favorite theme restaurants, Bubba Gump, and visiting the Riverwalk and nearby beaches, we came here. I couldn't believe how empty this mall ended up being (looks like 75% have left--- there are lots of empty spaces). The setup is basically this: the outlet stores, theater, and a large expansive bathroom (very, very clean, 11 stalls, one being handicapped, changing station and other womens vending machines) are on the upper level of the mall, while the Food Court and Information desk are on the lower level. And if you want to go to the Family Dollar store, you go through the lower level, out the door, walk a few feet down, and enter there (no mall access). I saw a few people eating ice cream, and they all went to the Rocky Mountain Chocolate Company store (a single scoop is $2.50). But the good news, is there are a few stores worth shopping at, like the Quiksilver and Burke's Outlet stores- which I ended up liking very, very much due to the sales and markdowns (translation: went shopping there and scored some deals). We also went into the Bath & Body Works store, which was nice and had the True Blue Spa line that I like so much (Buy 2 Get 1 Free promotion). The theater was getting business- there were people walking around with popcorn. These stores were just OK: Famous Footwear, Carters, Rue 21. I saw Kitchen Collection & Maidenform but didn't go in. Also, saw SAS, Bass and Pendleton. On the design and decor, it's very dated. When I commented on this, hubby said he liked it, because it reminded him of a place we went before. I should note, he said the same thing about the Family Dollar store, too. Due to the Laughlin River Run, the mall closed at 5 pm on saturday. If & when we come back, we'd be stopping in for some shopping. especially at Burke's & Quiksilver. read more

This place could go far with a little more variety and promotion. They have a captive audience in a town with few options after someone's gambled and ate. The ability to park in the shade in the summer is nice. Besides having been built in Laughlin's hayday, nothing really wrong with this place. Clean and well-kept. I usually make my way over and find one or two things while there. It's not a destination, but definitely a break from the casino scene. With a couple decent eating options, unique stores and even maybe a place with music and drinking, it could draw people over from across the street after they've decided to give their wallets a rest. read more

Okay...3 stars from me. If this outlet was in Las Vegas or California, it would be an easy 2 stars. Giving them 3 stars because there's not much in Laughlin or even Bullhead City. This outlet might be "as good as it gets" for people out here. Named Preferred Outlets of Laughlin. I'm still trying to figure out what Preferred means. I came out here once before during the Christmas season and it was semi-crowded from the snowbirds. My recent visit was after a long days work because I forgot to pack a few workout shirts. I surveyed the mall and it's dead as can be. I did spot a few homeless people that were missing so much teeth that it looked like their tongue was in jail. But that's just about it in regards to people traffic here. The mall is old looking, trash everywhere, and parking is slim so go straight to the back. There's still a select amount of named brand stores, but nothing new. Come to think of it, a lot of these stores were once pretty good stores back in the day. Laughlin just hasn't caught up to the rest of the world. Overall, not going to give this place less than 3 stars because there's not much here in Laughlin anyway. This outlet mall is pretty nice and fairly new. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the stores inside (Gap, Bath and Body Works, Lane Byrant, Van Husen, etc.). I also found the prices were REAL outlet prices here (most things where 60-70% off regular price), as opposed to other "outlet" malls that sell their designer merchandise at a whopping 10% off the regular price. Overall, great place to go if your tired of giving your money away at the casino and you want someplace else to go besides another casino. read more

There were only a handful of stores that interested us, but we did get some fantastic deals---Roxy sandals for $7, Quiksilver shorts for $12, lots of stuff for 99 cents at the Bath & Bodyworks outlet, etc. Plus, an extra star because they have an Orange Julius in the food court. I had not seen one of those in a long time and we were really excited to get to drink one while we shopped. The outlet mall is right across the street from the Aquarius casino, so it's very convenient. All in all, it was a nice break from gambling and we would go again. read more

Preferred Outlets of Laughlin? If you ask me that's false advertising. No one really PREFERS this place. It should be called "The Only Shopping Place In Laughlin So You Have No Choice Outlet". With that said, I'm surprised this place still has a heartbeat. I have only been going here since 2010 and even then I thought this place was going to be condemned. It seems like every time I visit here which is 2 to 3 times a year, a store or 2 has closed down. There are two types of employees that work at this mall. Those that see it as easy money because they literally don't have to work much due to hardly any customers. Then there are those that don't want to come to work because even though they really don't have to work, they are bored out of their minds and cannot wait to clock out. I swear, I think they want somebody to steal something so there will be some kind of excitement at least. Lol. Hungry? Well then make your way downstairs to the Food Court where you have a whopping 2 choices of restaurants to choose from. You can tell there were 4 other spots that used to be occupied some time ago. What was a pleasant surprise was that there is free wifi and the connection is actually really fast. They also have a movie theater that shows the latest releases. I cant really comment about this place because I havnt had a good reason to watch a movie here. Hay, at least they have a theater because the north and south outlet malls in Vegas doesn't even have one. So in closing, im not really sure just how much longer this place will stay open for I don't see too many people shop here every time I visit. But then again, this place has been here for at least 12 years based on one employee that cleans the food court tables since 2002. Definitely not a mall for everyone. This one is geared for an older crowd. It has a movie theatre, a "Hurricane Simulator", and some staple stores. The great majority of them are ones I've never really heard of. The food court just plain sucks. Eat elsewhere. One of the only few reasons I could really recommend is if you like Bath & Body Works. Its store has some pretty good deals (50%-75% off various candles/lotions/soaps). Beyond that you'll probably find yourself bored. read more

Lots of complaints from the "Me" generation on this site. Maybe I am out of touch and at the midway point of being a young 'hipster' and an 'old geezer'. I don't enjoy outlet malls (or any malls for that matter), but I found this place A-OK. The wife and sister-in-law spent five brutal hours shopping in this place, so thank God for the great A/C and bench seats for my bro-in-law and me! They had fun, found plenty of bargains (so they told us) and no complaints; and eight bags of stuff later we made it out alive. Found the place clean, too, including the restrooms. No riff-raff hanging out like some places, with the exception of a few fat gang bangers from the L.A. area - but, hey, they were minding their P's & Q's and suffering right along with the rest of us men as their significant others did their shopping! read more

Omg. This is a blast from the past mall that was stuck in the late 60's and refused to spruce itself up.. Which is kind of cool in itself because it's like a weird time capsule... A really sad and depressing time capsule. Take a peek inside to look at the retro tiling and empty store fronts and feel a little dead inside.. What happened to this place?!?! It used to be a nice little outlet mall, but it has definitely fallen on hard times. The mall is only about 50% full now. You walk around and it is empty store after empty store. The two stores I went there to shop at have both closed. Making matters worse, there aren't even any signs in the empty stores saying that there is a new store coming soon. They are just empty and it doesn't appear as if that is going to change anytime soon. Downstairs there is a food court which is down to only 3 restaurants and they didn't seem to be doing any business. In fact the only place that did seem to be doing any business was the movie theater. Until some more stores open up this place is a must skip. Very sad. :-( read more

The outlet center is definitely for the typically older laughlin demographic, and not the younger demographic that uses Yelp! Let's see, we got cowboy stores, store specializing in XXXXL sizes, discount shoe stores, a hillariously cheezy hip hop clothing store for the bullhead city peeps, and a tiny music shop. Super dull selection. Levi's, quicksilver, and Sunglasses hut will probably be the only stores you'll walk into. But you have a food court which is an ok good place for a quick bite to eat, and the movie theater, which is pretty much the only reason I go. read more

This mall was not what I expected, obviously you can't compare a mall in a small town like Laughlin to one in vegas, but I was dissappointed. Most of the shops were not open, and the ones that were did not have much options. I would have to say the deals were okay, not the best but they were cheaper than the bigger outlet stores in vegas. The place was not crowded, which was one of the things I truly enjoyed. As for the food court, if you could call it that, had NO variety. My girlfriend and I decided to eat somewhere else when we saw all they had was sandwhiches or Chinese food. read more

This is a really sad, dilapidated mall that seems more like an afterthought compared to the casinos. A good fifty to seventy five percent of the storefronts were shuttered, and all the times I have gone here it was eerily empty. There were three restaurants open downstairs, and the skeleton of a long gone arcade that during the nineties was roaring with life. The liveliest part of the mall was the movie theater, which had a decent size line and several people waiting outside. They do have a few decent shops, like the Sunglass Hut Outlet. I ended up getting a $150 pair of Ray Bans for only ninety five dollars, and they are still my favorite pair. They also have some other nice retailers like Rue 21 and Bath and Body Works, but definitely not the selection you would find in a typical mall anywhere else in America. I didn't even bother eating in the food court, and elected to go to In N Out down the road. I'd come back here for the movie theater and the handful of decent shops, but honestly I would much rather drive the extra hour and go to Vegas for shopping. read more

The two stars has nothing to do with people working here or the businesses that are in here. It's because it's just so sad and disappointing how little there is in this mall anymore. It used to have a full food court , at the info desk it had the kids car/stroller rentals , it was full of stores top and bottom. Now it's practically a ghost mall. I know it has to be more of an economic and lack of customers issue. It's unfortunate. I would love to see new life be breathed into this place. read more

Although I did get two pair of 501 jeans at the Levi outlet for under $25, I was disappointed to see so many storefronts empty.

The "cell phone fix 2" kiosk at this mall broke my phone. They said they would charge me $80 to replace a cracked screen on my note 3, what they ended up doing was replacing the screen, which didn't end up working properly, and they also damaged the speakers on the phone rendering the phone damaged to the point I had to get a replacement phone they refused to fix the phone or refund my money. Buyer beware. It may seem like a cheap quote to get a cracked screen fix but it's definitely not worth it !!! Adriana was the woman's name who "helped" me. read more

I try to come to this outlet mall annually, and I always find some great buys. Even though there are not a lot of stores, the ones that are there have always had 3-4 great deals. Being from Vegas, it is definitely worth a couple of hours and I have a few shopping bags to take home! And, the movie theater is there and every and any movie is always 7 bucks! I was there during the week and what stores are not permanently closed had signs 'only open on weekend And there is a bikini bar downstairs. Good night... I didn't expect that one. This Laughlin Nevada Outlet Mall has gone to the wayside. It needs help. I have shopped here before. I still have the winter coat at home I purchased there and love it. Pretty good for an outlet mall in Laughlin. The Levi's store here is great - I always seem to find something good there. There's also a kitchen store with lots of cool knickknacks which is fun to browse if you're into cooking.
