A few weeks went by and I called to see if they came in. I was told they were shipped to me. When I looked at the receipt it had an address I hadn't at in over 11 years. I was told to call customer service and things would be taken care of and I would have a new pair shipped to me without any hassles. First person hung up on me. I did a little research on her and found that people were ordering and interacting with her. I ordered the item which was in stock and expected a shipping time frame. Jessica of Sun Kissed Ranch did not provide me with a shipping time; so I began asking for a tracking number. She generated a tracking number, but never shipped my item. Waiting the weekend, I checked again and found that USPS still had not received my item from her for shipping. I contacted her and requested she ship the item within 3 days or provide a refund. After sending me the initial tracking number she stopped responding to me. Being a wise shopper I had paid for this item via PayPal. After not hearing from Jessica I proceeded to figure out how I could get a refund for my item. I found that PayPal offers a purchase protection and resolution service. I proceeded to file a claim with them. With the initial claim the seller, Sun Kissed Ranch, had the opportunity to respond to my claim. She did not; thus, this allowed me to escalate the claim to PayPal and they began working to help me with a resolution. I don't know what PayPal said or did, I just know that within a matter of a few hours, from escalating my claim and PayPal contacting her, my item had been placed in the hands of the post office. I was very fortunate to have received my item. I credit it all to PayPal's purchase protection and dispute resolution. Be careful if you place an order with this business.

She didn't get the answer she was looking for or needed on this specific day, so she got all my contact information and followed up to make sure my situation was resolved. She is the definition of excellent customer service!!!!! As a small business owner and previous retail manager myself, we need more people like her running stores!
