I recently had a problem with my steps and the cabin batteries dying even when hooked to shore power. Nathan fixed the steps and told me the cabin batteries were holding a charge. I took the RV home and the next day the cabin batteries were dead. We charged them and hooked them to shore power and the next day they were dead. The internet told me to look for something I was not sure of so I called Trotters and asked them to have Nathan call me when he had time. I live 25 miles from their shop and if it was a quick fix that would be great. Today I got a call from Valerie who said Nathan said they weren't dying there. No offer to answer my question. No offer to take a look at it. Just nothing! If he didn't want to do the job or was incapable of doing the job, just say so, but they gave me nothing! Basically gave me the brush off with no explanation. I know a shop in California that will fix it but I find it sad I have to take the RV 300 miles to find a shop that cares about their customers and reputation.

Man was so rude & pushy. Would not let me ask any questions. Just kept interrupting me, even after I explained that I just got out of the hospital and my mind was a bit foggy. He kept repeating that "There's one of two ways I can help you". (Pointing to the sign) I could sign up for the $99/monthly service or pay $150 and he will clean out the phone". I was prepared to pay the $150. But I just had a couple questions! Again he cut me off and repeated his offer. I got visibly upset. I asked if he was the owner & he said No. I asked who was the owner and he said he did not have to reveal that information... I left and went to the place I used to go before I found them last year. She took such great care of me, and my ring. She took it to the jeweler in the back, and he actually adjusted the prong at no cost! Who does that nowadays??? Not only that, but she also had it cleaned .... Again, no charge! I know now that I need to have the whole prong replaced, but will wait until after the holidays.
