I like to visit this outlet while in Laughlin to hit up the Bath & Body store. This outlet is pretty empty with a lot of stores closed. The stores that are open are scarce. I've stopped into the candy store 2-3 times to buy fudge & the selection is very small. They never have much or the flavors that I like. They once told me that they sent most their fudge to their location in Vegas. There is a small food court but I've never been interested in any of the little selections to choose from, I couldn't even tell you what is in there....lol Its definitely an outlet to check out if your looking for something else to do while in Laughlin besides gambling. This is another victim of the "Zombie Mall" crisis!! Over the past several years there have been less and less shops open here. This was our annual Carter's kids clothes shopping visit, only to find out that they were now gone too. Along with Pendleton, Boot Bard, Levi's and worst of all, Rocky Mountain Chocolate!! All closed. Bath and Body along with Famous Footwear were the last survivors. Hopefully the chatter is true that the mall was sold in December 2024 and will undergo a revamp!! I always come to this outlet when I visit Laughlin. It's a quiet outlet. I realize malls are getting quieter and quieter since many people shop online. I hope this outlet doesn't close. This Outlet Mall was a sad example of how many of today's shopping centers are slowly dying. About 25% of the stores are occupied. There was only one restaurant open in the Food Court. Sadly, I think it's only a matter of time until.the entire mall closes down . It was sort of eerie walking through the shopping center. The busiest store by far was the Bath & Body Works Outlet Store. There is also a Levi's Store, Sports Merchandise and Thrift Store open as well as a Movie Theatre. I was here back in December 2024 as a road trip meeting a friend of mine staying in Vegas of course Laughlin used to be the place to go to with the amount express the flamingo and another oil changed around and the Colorado bell is now closed as well as many stores in this outlet mall are closed once flourishing with a McDonald's and a great food court is no longer there. Heck you can't even get downstairs to look down there. It's blocked off only stores you have inside is rec room shoes I believe or DSW shoes And a gift shop and they Bath and body Works correct me if I'm wrong but I walk the store. It's good exercise by the way, but first impression walking in is like am I in The Walking Dead? Are they filming that series here because three stores open out of a whole top floor of nothing is pretty odd. They didn't have a wonderful nice Christmas display as you walked around where the theater used to be horizon six I think it was called. Great times there watched a lot of good movies there actually watch den of thieves. They're back in 2017 however that's gone Rocky Mountain chocolate factory gone there is nothing to do in this place but just walk around and get your exercise And behold sometimes you may find people gathering in corners sitting there and standing and looking around and there's your zombies for you otherwise spend about five minutes and cherish the moments you had there if you were a past customer and enjoy this place at one time otherwise the next time you go by there and look for it, it may be bulldozed. read more

This poor mall reminds me of that 80's movie Night of the Comet. There is only one eatery at the food court, everything else is closed. All the shops are gone!! There are only like 5 shops still operating- it is a ghost town! Very sad and disappointing to see a structure with so much potential to be a wasted opportunity. Visited here yesterday after my first review last summer. I came around 1 in the afternoon on a Monday. There were a lot of people walking around inside the mall, but not many stores were open. The movie theater is permanently closed. I noticed there is an art gallery being set up inside the mall. The store called Rue 21 is going out of business and having a big liquidation event. A few years back, this was a nice mall to take a stroll or get a few things. Stores were open, you saw people like at a regular mall. Many stores have now closed down. Some hall Way lights are off. You barely see anyone. It's like a ghost town/haunted mall vibe. What a melancholy feeling it was to visit the mall and realized what has happened to the stores. Bath and Body Works!!! I got 450$ worth of spray and body wash, cream, room sprays for 90$. Was it worth it, you bet. Okay so this mall is hella old. The escalator was down, it has an elevator. Situated by Bikini Bar and some Nail shop, just going into BBW was wayyyyyyyy worth it. They even got a Thrift Shop in the mall. Yeah que Macklemore please, play that song! Lane Bryant is closed. They have a lot of areas in there that are close. They do have a movie theater inside. They had a Hawaiian place to eat a Filipino place to eat a Mexican place to eat but the only one that was open at the time was the Mexican food and the little ice cream shop they had there. So it is pretty much a Death Mall, but the few shops that are in there are pretty nice and the Bath and Bodyworks is probably the best store they got there. All of my stuff cost me like two dollars apiece and we all know those things are like $16-$18 apiece, so is it an outlet you bet it is. read more

Don't go there. The place is as dead as a mall in a Romero movie. Most of the stores are empty. The elevators/escalators have been out of service for a while now. You walk up the sketchy stairs from the outside. There's no A/C and it's 110° outside. The swine managing this pit would serve the customers by moving ALL the remaining stores to the top of the stairs rather than make you wander and guess what is or isn't open. The map still shows stores long defunct as being in the same location as if they were still open. There's panhandlers wandering around begging. No security. It's nothing like it was last time we came in 2020. The place was jumpin then. There is no external indicator that it's so barren inside. This place sucks. There's no good stores aside from Bath & Body Works Outlet, and half of the mall appears deserted. We only stopped by because we were staying across the street at the Aquarius. This is a really sad "outlets". I don't even think of it as a mall. Lol but when you're in the middle of no where and this is the only shopping area, what can you do. Also its post covid. First floor is mostly just food court (there were other stores and shops but are now closed). The second floor has some stores that are open, but is really quiet, no foot traffic, no music. The elevators and the escalators were not working either. You had to walk up 3 flights to get upstairs to the few stores who were open. This isn't gonna work if you are handicapped. We really did not find any great deals for clothing nor home supplies despite the large and bright signs posted in the windows of most stores stating "up to 80% off." There's only one word to describe these outlets-if you can even call them that-it's sad. There's barely any tenants in it! Just empty storefronts where stores would of been and/or were left behind. I'm from out of town so my family and I came had come to celebrate my mom's birthday in Laughlin. We've occasionally come to the outlets for some shopping and mall walking over the years and it looks sadder each time we've come. The location where it's located, you wouldn't even know it's outlets. The corridors in the outlets look straight out of a horror movie; with the dim and flickering lighting. xD The only notable stores in it are bath and body works and Levi's. The other stores I don't recognize; not sure if it's a Nevada thing. I have gone into a few but they're not so impressive.The food court is even sadder; there is no actual food vendors in it except la michoacana and this other chicken place. The outlets are quiet and not much seems to be going on. I would come if you only want to check it out and you have a few free hours to spare. Or to come to pick up something convenient. This outlet would definitely thrive if there were more tenants and more promotion on the outlets. read more

Not good. When you walk in the front doors by the food court it smells of a sewer back up. Can't imagine wanting to stop for a snack after being hit with that smell. Escalator is still out, I think it's been a year since it worked. Only option to get upstairs is park around back (I would suggest), elevator but who knows when it was cleaned last, or stairs. Stairs look like the hangout for the homeless, filthy with vomit on landings and trash everywhere. It was all pretty disgusting, I feel bad for the tenants they pay a fortune in rent for crap. Although half the businesses are vacant, Preferred Outlets of Laughlin is a suitable name. It is the preferred outlets of Laughlin owing to the fact that it is the only outlet center in Laughlin. Currently it is the only mall in Laughlin. I will be reviewing Preferred Outlets from a different perspective than an urban mall. In 2015, Preferred Outlets of Laughlin appears to be a shadow of its former self, but it is a shadow that shines. The stores and services that remain improve the quality of a Laughlin visit without the guest having to interrupt their state of relaxation by getting into a car then driving over the Colorado River into Bullhead City to shop. This mall is in advantageous location along Casino Drive across from the Aquarius Resort and walking distance to the majority of casinos. As a male hiker some of the shops that would improve the quality of my visit to Laughlin include Boot Barn, Famous Footwear Outlet, Reebok, Van Heusen, Sports World, Sunglass Hut, and Vitamin World. The mall also provides convenient services including a Bank of America ATM, money orders, UPS drop off, Fed Ex, copy and fax services, and best of all complimentary WiFi in the food court. The Preferred Outlets of Laughlin has an interior design that can best be described as a mushroom. The stem is level 1, which is the main entrance and food court. The big round part is level 2, which are the shops and movie theater. There are also shops accessible from outside the mall. When you walk in from Casino Drive, immediately the nearly vacant food court gives a negative first impression of the mall. To put it nicely, it's seen better days. I guess this is the consequence of putting an IN N Out Burger outside the mall. After walking around the mall, the negative first impression dissipated into a three star impression. After casually touring the mall, I saw the positives of Preferred Outlets of Laughlin. First off, Management does a nice job maintaining the mall. The art Deco interior is clean and bright. The fake palm trees are a nice touch. In this mall, the aggressive kiosk hawkers that ravage the shopping experience in so many others have no presence. The directories are easy to understand (maybe that's because there are so few stores). The mall appears to attract a laid back crowd. The perception of crime is low. I give kudos to the architect who designed the square corridor. As a shopper it is a convenience to not have to backtrack to a store. If I was walking by Boot Barn and decided that after all I did want that treat from the Rocky Mountain Company back there, I just have to continue forward to return there on my next lap. As stated before, this mall is especially convenient to the casinos. If your near a casino on the north part of Riverwalk, the indoor Riverside Casino walkway makes it unnecessary to cross Laughlin Drive at surface level. Plus the surface parking lot has a tiny footprint that eliminates a long and dull walk from Casino Drive. Finally, this is where the silver screen appears in Laughlin. The movie theatre adds a dimension to the Laughlin nightlife. If this mall was on the Las Vegas Strip this would be the Unpreffered Outlets of Vegas. However, in Laughlin, where the resort district is lacking shopping malls, it is worthy of the name Preferred Outlets of Laughlin. read more

Why is this place still open? It's a half-empty retro "outlet" mall that's seen far, far better days. The few shops that remain are mostly for the 65 and up age group. Your grandma would love it! I did go here for the Bass outlet, the lone beacon in a sea of shopping mediocrity. My husband loves the t-shirts at Bass and they had a great selection on the clearance rack for less than $5 each! That made the trip worth it. This mall would be the perfect filming location for a movie set in the late 80s / early 90s so if you're into architecture from that period you might want to pop inside. Other than that, if you skip this mall I think you can rest easy knowing you're missing nothing. At least it's air conditioned! read more

When I was younger this place used to have a lot more stores open. As the years went by more and more stores close. Now in 2019 idk how the mall is still open, the food court is dead with only 2-3 places open and very limited stores on the second floor that are open. Maybe the theater is only one keeping the mall in business. With all the casinos in the town they should at least have more stores to attract the younger generations with better prices. read more

I love this little mall! Can't believe that when I lived here 13 years ago that I didn't frequent often. I only came here once back then to catch a movie. It is small and if you're from a big city like me (Vegas) you could barely even call this a mall. But for what it has for its location, it packs the goods! Love the stores they have and love that it's never super packed and crowded. You get a comfortable shopping experience with just the selection of stores to satisfy your shopping fix. Will be here every time I visit Laughlin! BTW, there used to be a pizza joint called Pizza Pizza (Get it?) here that appears to have closed a while back. Someone should consider reopening as another pizza joint. Food court currently only has a burger and pastrami joint and a chinese joint. read more

Hate kick a place when they are down. However, this place is down so low, I couldn't kick it if I tried. 2.5 million people a year visit Laughlin. All looking for some place to walk and browse. This mall can't even get those people in during the heat of summer to feel the air conditioning. The outside looks like a metal warehouse. The boat storage taking up the front parking lot makes this place look even worse. The inside is like a morgue. No background music, no displays, no nothing. No customers, probably because there are almost no stores. Food court is a revolving door of crummy food businesses trying to take a shot. Most only last a few months till they are evicted. Salright for a mall. Not entirely too much to see here, maybe the movie theater and the gift shop, but nothing much to really swoon over. There are quite a few closed down spaces that need occupation, but with the few people that we saw there, it's quite understandable that those slots are still empty. Prices for some of the clothing in the stores that we went into aren't that much better than the price you'd pay at an average mall. It was clean though, and it is a good break from the casinos. This review is written for Laughlin, 4 stars. Any other metropolitan area would be 3 or less. Another Laughlin location hit hard by a slow economy. In early 2000's, this was a hustling, bustling mecca of stores and shopping. But, rent is extremely high in malls and many places closed up shop. So, why did I give 4 stars? Well, it's rated for the excellent service and stores that remain at this once full mall. During hot weather, it's a great place to come enjoy some A/C, leave the casinos and river for a bit. The best service I experienced came from my last April trip, at the Pendleton store. They have beautiful blankets, towels, clothing and decor. You want to take it all home! But, as you know blankets are bulky and not the easiest souvenir to travel with back home. Not at problem! The wonderful, attentive staff here have an easy solution. They ship your purchases home for you, at a very low cost. I was able to pay, leave my items at the store and a few days later when I got home, there was my package from Pendleton. I love it! There is a number stores I frequent on my visits: Quiksilver outlet (sometimes has different things from the So Cal stores), Corral West (similar to Boot Barn), Bed, Bath and Body Works (great when I forgot to pack a body wash or lotion), Movie theater (more updated that the Riverside cinema), Ultra Diamonds (fun to window shop, and have bought a couple things from their wonderful staff), Souvenir & Gift store (great prices on Laughlin magnets, key chains etc, I shop there when someone asks you to bring back "something" from Laughlin), Rocky Mountain Chocolate factory (chocolate dipped stuff, yum), the outlet shoe store (I don't recall their name)- has a ton of sandals, tennis shoes, dress shoes all at reasonable prices. A real save, when realized a footwear type is needed & you forgot to pack it. No worries they have you covered. Again, this is not a typical outlet mall. Many stores are now empty. But, the remaining ones are doing their best, and they have many goods and services that are great. This place could be so great if they just had the air conditioning working... Apparently the shop proprietors of each suite/shop location are responsible for their own climate control needs... So you're lucky if the few shops that are still around are able to afford keeping their areas comfortable enough for the 5 or 6 remaining shoppers to want to spend any time at all... If it was simply a comfortable place to be and walk around in without begging to go back to literally anywhere with AC, then maybe people would want to hang out there... If people wanted to hang out there, then maybe they would spend a little bit of money there... If people spent a little bit of money there, then maybe a few more spots might be interested in coming in... If a few more spots came in , then maybe it wouldn't be so hard to keep the AC running... We mainly hit up this Outlet mall to check out the DC store in which we purchased a cap and a t-shirt for 50% off. This DC store had a great selection and great deals that you can not find anywhere else. It was cool walking through this air conditioned outlet to retreat from the 110 degree weather outside. However there were not a lot of stores in this mall. It would have been so much better had there not been so many empty retail spaces available. The stores they have are good however there are just not enough to really call it an "Outlet mall". The DC store was our only good find and luckily we found my baby boy a t-shirt and cap that totally made the stop worth it! If they had more stores and less empty retail space then this mall would actually be good! We will be back to do some shopping at the DC store! read more

This is a sad little place. I have been coming here for 10 years and it seems to get worse with each yearly visit. Don't get me wrong there are some good shops - Pendleton, Quiksilver, Bass shoes, Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory, SAS - but there a lot of vacant suites. The infrastructure is old and the stores don't seem to have the same selection as other outlet malls. Parking is a nightmare, too. What I do like about this place is that Rocky Mountain has Shamrock ice cream (which is bomb) and the girls that work there are extremely friendly and sweet. Pendleton is rad and there are some deals to be had there. The Sunglasses hut usually has their game on-point. read more

A decent selection of stores inside of what has to be one of the ugliest outlet/malls that I've ever seen, from the outside that is. There is parking down beneath the mall if you aim to stay out of the sun and heat, and then the elevators take you up from there. 1st floor has a small food court and not much else and the second has all the other stores, plus a small movie theater which has to count as a blessing to the folks around here. So while definitely this place isn't an attraction in its own right, like other outlet centers may be, it's not a bad change of pace to visit when you need to do something more than sit in front of a slot machine and pretty the blinking buttons. read more

You park in the covered garage on the first floor which you enter and end up in the mall's food court consisting of 3 fast food places. Take the escalator up and now you are on the second floor racetrack designed mall. Sparse crowds, stores are the typical outlet mall selection.
