Staff is super nice and accommodating. Not a super great selection for younger men, its more of a women's store... read more

This Kohls is absolute GARBAGE compared to any I've been too. Rude staff. Just dirty and messy all around. I had a pickup order and was told to go to a register even though they have an online pickup area. The line was super long. Why would I purchase online to stand in line at a register behind people who shopped in store? Order cancelled. Better to stick to online or travel further if ur really hurting that much for kohls lol. I will say the Sephora associate was pleasant but they don't have much there compared to actual sephora stores. Ulta is the place to go in the same center. Or Amazon if you need a brand Ulta doesn't have. read more

The checkout counter cashiers continue to be incredibly rude and treat customers like brain damaged morons. I guess it takes one to know one? I won't be shopping in the store again and I used to come several times a week. read more

My wife purchased a pair of pearl earrings for $50.,marked down from $125. Charged $53.83 with Tax. Pearl came off stud the second time worn. I returned the earrings for credit to card. Was told price for pair had been reduced further. We were credited $44.88 which included $2.38 tax. So we LOST $9 on this deal. You are better off shopping Walmart where you get every cent back if you return an item. read more

Customer service here is exceptional! I love coming to this Bullhead city Kohl's. They always have the best and cutest items. The manager. Shelly is a doll and will go out of her way to search for items if you can't find something read more

The employees don't greet you when you come in , I have came in multiple times never been greeted . The employees are most focused on putting stuff on the floor then helping the customers . Customer service comes before anything. read more

Kohl's is a horrible place to work, they do not care about their employees, giving the dedicated ones only 2 or 3 days per week, they only care about them asking customers do they want a credit card, read more

Unfortunately if I can help it I will not revisit this cold location. Usually a great stop to find some nice clearance items because you know off the rack is way over priced!! The absolute largest struggle I had today was waiting for somebody to even get me to the register. With no one in sight at any register except those that are working, they seemed much more interested in carrying on conversations and taking far too long to sanitise stations to get us helped. As the line grew my patience grew thin. With no one still at the counters a 3rd register gracefully opened and finally help me. Once at the register we had to incur another long wait while we had to wait for change. Customer service gets a great big fat 0 today. Customer service gets a great big fat 0 today I'm very disappointed in this location. read more

The store isles are a bit cramped and cluttered...Very confusing atmosphere..and there's no one on the floor to assist. Their even short of clerks at the checkout counter. An establishment such as Kohl's I believe they would furnish people on the floor to assist customers that are willing to pay the prices Kohl's is wanting for their products. Wouldn't you? read more

This kohls was so awesome today on one of the busiest days of the year. Organized, clean, great selection. Was the line long of course. But there was a very delightful women directing the line. Very helpful manager who helped us with a pizza oven we bought. Awesome gentleman who brought our oven to the car. And everyone was just happy to be there. Great customer service. Nice clean store. Decent prices and service. Love to return all my Amazon items there

I stopped in as an out-of-towner from Palm Springs, I had my 30% off coupon to find a bargain. Well this Kohls is much larger and better stocked than either of the 2 we have. I purchased 8 items for 100.00, thrilled with my experience at Kohls! read more

I went into this Kohl's without very much hope. My Kohl's in California doesn't carry my size shirts. Well, I have to say that I was very pleasantly surprised with the amount of options I had IN MY SIZE! I was able to get several nice dress shirts. Now to the major reason for this review, My checkout girl is the ultimate reason I will be back to your store. Katie was amazing! She answered all of my questions with a smile on her face. She was very courteous and informed me that I had some savings that I could take advantage of. She is a TREMENDOUS asset to your corporation and should definitely be in management. In a customer service day and age she is top notch! Thank you Katie. You rock!! read more

We love shopping at Kohl's, the people are so friendly and so willing to help you. The store is very clean including the bathrooms. You never have to wait too long in the checkout line, if they see a line forming they call for back up right away. Bathrooms are kept up quite well. They have ties, business clothes, shoes, a few fitness products, casual wear and some home goods. The staff is friendly overall. They do have a jewelry section if you are into department store jewelry. They have some cool 80's style shirts with bands like Metallica and KISS as well as television shows and other shirts paying an homage to that amazing decade! read more

Too expensive for the just okay merchandise. It seems like a Ross store with a few extra name brands & a lot more cost.

Kohl's is in the same shopping center as Target. The sale racks were packed, and I found a cute top for $10. My sister found a cute top and a great dress that were on sale, so the day was not a waste. The dressing rooms are large enough for two. Check out was quick, and personnel friendly. read more

I really like the customer service at Kohl's very friendly staff. I can always find what I'm looking for. Store is clean and well organized.

I love this kohls! It's not super busy so I can get my shopping fast, easy and no hassle. Most of the time they have my size or the color I want coz as I have said they're not busy like the other kohl's where I've been. I can browse in this store for hours and hours . Thank you! read more

Store is always neat and clean, will give them that. Cashier people are super friendly but I get a bad vibe from the older lady that works in the back customer service area.I had problems filling out an app online and went in to fill out one and she was snotty and didn't like that I filled out an application there. But oh well! read more

Couldn't find a sales person to get a shirt down from the high on the wall. Had to find a pole and get it down myself. Checkout was a disaster. I get that you shouldn't expect much from big retail chain stores, but wow. Its like everyone that works there hates their job, which I understand, but hey, don't take it out on customers. No customer service skills in anyone I came into contact with, including management. I'll save my Kohls trips for when I get back to the city. read more

I purchase some "spinner" suitcases online. The plastic at the bottom around the wheel was broken. I had to leave town the day after receiving them so I used the virtual online help. After speaking with a rep of the company, he offered to replace them. I explained that they're still usable and he said to keep them and they would refund my money. I told him that I can still use them therefore I didn't need a FULL refund. I'm not a greedy person nor do I expect something for free. He said he would give me a $35.00 store credit (Kohls cash) and I said that would be fine. When I opened my email, he had sent me 35% off in two separate coupons. Bait and switch at it's finest. When they sent me a survey to fill out, I wrote exactly what I said here and they refused to post it! read more

I wanted to give a " Highly Satisfactory" grade to Susie, Julie, Angie and especially Jeananne. I wanted Kohl's management to know that these women really went out of their way to help me make my shopping experience pleasurable. I was stymied by page after page of a questionnaire asking questions about my purchasing habits, income, etc. --questions that I really didn't want to answer, so I logged out without being able to give credit where it was due. I have never had a good experience in the Bullhead City Kohl's , every time I have gone in there I seem to find the rudest employees, went in to find little boys house shoes was sent to different areas of the store , then asked a manager and she said they don't carry them , then suggested I have my grandson just wear thicker socks read more

Zero stars! Went into our local Kohls on a late evening, to shop for a wedding. I had 4 kids in tow. The sales associates were following us around and not offering help at all. They were very concerned about my 2 year old disrupting the store, instead of offering any help. (Yes, my 2 year old was acting like a 2 year old.My children were not being disruptive. As my children and I proceed through the store from makeup to shoes, the rudeness didn't get any better. Two associates looked at me several times, as they were fixing shoes and carrying on. Not one associate offered help. Customer service only existed when arriving at checkout, and the cashier was dumbfounded at how horrible my shopping experience was. The sales cashier was very pleasant and apologized several times. Only one other associate was helpful, she was in jewelry and greeted with a warm smile, and offered help, when I was in makeup. I wish I could say I won't be shopping at Kohls again. However, this is the only department store in the rural location I live in. Some food for thought for sales associates, when you see a Momma doing her best to get the things she needs, give a smile, or offer assistance. Had someone offered to grab shoes off the shoe racks for me, with a baby on my hip. It would have been very nice. In this world of so much hate, be kind. The online department is absolutely useless! They like to try shifting the blame to someone else, then tell you they can't correct the problem. My order was in my city May 12th, all the sudden on the 13th, it's in fuckin Phoenix going back to god damn Ohio. All bc they're too god damned ignorant to hold it where it is and have sent right back to my house. This is truly the absolute worst online shopping experience I've ever even imagined. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO THROUGH THEM FOR ANYTHING! read more

So frustrated by our experience here. We were in Laughlin for a party, and stopped in Kohl's because my husband forgot to pack his dress shoes. We found a number of items and ended up spending well over $100, including the purchase of T-Bone, one of the "Kohl's Cares for Kids" stuffed animals in the Clifford line. The cashier was so pushy with trying to get us to sign up for a Kohl's charge card, which I didn't want or need and said so three times, that T-Bone never made it into the bag, even though we paid for it. We didn't realize until we got back to the hotel, but by then we didn't have time to go back to the store. I assured my 7 year old daughter that I would go to our local Kohl's when we got home to Los Angeles and get her another dog, figuring I would eat the $5 cost since it goes to charity. Went to my Valencia store today, they don't have any Clifford toys anymore, it's a whole new line and the Clifford line ended yesterday. I know it's just a $5 toy, but to me it's a promise to my child that I can't keep, and shouldn't have had to make. If the cashier wasn't so busy pushing credit cards on us she would have done a better job packing our bags, and we wouldn't have been so anxious to get out of there. How many times can one say "No, thank you!"? read more

Rant for kohls. Went there on October 1st and they had Christmas items out. Please wait until after Thanksgiving.

I can never find any one there that can help me when I am looking for something. They are either all at the registers, or are non exsistent. On Saturday the store is a wreck and when you finally do go up to check out they push credit down your throat over and over again. I keep saying no and the sales person kept on going. I was ready to leave and never come back. The stuff is ok, but I won't waste my time coming to this store again. They should spend some money on hiring people to work. I like going some where that has someone on the floor that can help me. I finally did find some one once to help, but she was also helping 10 other people so my needs got pushed aside.Save your self a trip and go some where customer friendly. read more
