We were looking for a first-bike for my girlfriend, after getting blown out of the water on price markup at $5K over msrp on an 883 at another Harley dealership we decided to make the trip to volcano and give them a shot. We were greeted by Nate and everything was handled exactly how you would expect from an enthusiast run dealership. Negotiations took all of 10 min, they had the exact bike we were after and had it transferred from one of their many other dealerships, arrived in two days, Nate called and let us know he was making sure it was gonna be prepped and ready at the time promised, we arrived to pickup and received no pressure paperwork experience at the end, done deal. Latus Harley Davidson - 883 we just purchased - Motorcycle Dealers Near Me - Gladstone, Oregon

Long winded, sorry. Bought a new 2021 Road King Special in late 2021 along with several after market parts with the plan of having LATUS install when they arrived. Left the bike with the hopes of getting it all done in a few weeks. Tried to order passing lamps but the part that LATUS suggested was months back ordered so I passed at the time. Several months later the control cables still hadn't arrived and there was no real update from Drag Specialties. This I know isn't LATUS's issue, however trying to get an update was like pulling teeth and I always had to reach out, never did I get a call with a heads up. Brought bike home and installed everything myself except bars, still waiting on cables. During the wait the passing lamps Came back into stock so I ordered them and held onto them, I tended to have LATUS install them at the same time as bars. I remind you this was the part suggested by LATUS. Cables arrive and bike goes up for install. Go to pick bike up Saturday and first thing I'm told is that the passing lamps were not very good quality but they installed them anyway. Dinah was flawed and blinkers were falling apart. I was told had they ordered them they would have sent the back. I asked why I wasn't called and was advised it was their policy to install whatever a customer brings, no questions asked. Go look at bike and passing lamps are junk, installer broke them and damaged my bike when putting them on. Asked them to take em off, refused. Asked for tools so I could take them off, refused but eventually gave me some. Still charged me to install the passing lamps, and when confronted with damage, NEW, bike offered to touch up paint it next week. Asked to talk to someone in charge and was told that the store was under new ownership and there was no manager yet to speak too. This place is a complete and total joke, piss poor customer service and not only will I never make another purchase here or let them touch my bike but I would highly suggest NO ONE go here. read more

I originally bought my bike at Volcano Harley in Vancouver and it was atrocious. So I started driving down to latus and had nothing but great interactions. Well volcano went and bought latus and the horrid customer service followed. Best option is to avoid this place too and head out to paradise. read more

My son in law was pre approved for a new bike he seen online, he arranged to go the next day to do the paperwork for it mind you it's a 3 hour trip there one way ! He got there and they sold it !! Awful customer service and they shouldn't have sold the bike !!! Yes pretty ticked ! Waste of gas and time for nothing, when you are pre approved for a certain item and driving that distance for it they should have filled there end of the deal! Never again will we or anyone else we know do business here in the future. He went to Salem on the way back South got his new bike and was treated awesome and fair. Good store ! Lots of new bikes (also used ) everyone was real nice ! First time I have been in The Harley store . Very good experience I'll be back again soon. was not sure on buying first time on a Harley and I needed to think about it ! Everyone was real nice; we talked they answered my questions , the things I needed to know ; sat on a bunch of bikes and good test drive for the one I think I want.See y'all soon ! Gee is one the most disrespectful person there. Swearing over the phone is the most unprofessional thing I have ever heard an employee talk. I work in customer service and I would be fired instantly on how I would speak to a customer that way. If that is how that store is ran I will make sure to never recommend anyone to go there for that type service. You need to fire her. read more
