I hired this cleaning business based on a recommendation from my realtor, Natalie Taflinger, and…read morepaid $1,200 to clean a four-bedroom house. Unfortunately, they did not complete the job they agreed to do. While they did clean a few things, such as the microwave and oven, major areas were completely missed. The floors were not cleaned, the baseboards were untouched, the windows were not cleaned, the shower was not cleaned, and 2 out of 3 toilets were not cleaned at all. For a service that was supposed to be a full house cleaning at that price, this level of work is unacceptable. I expected a thorough, move-out-level clean, but what I got was a very partial and incomplete job. When contacted to correct the mistake, the manager refused and said they would only clean what they agreed to do for additional cost. I had to arrange for additional cleaning afterward to make the house livable. I would not recommend this business based on my experience.

When I called to discuss, management (Buffy) blamed me and told me I needed to upgrade items in the house.. no accountability, and has since ghosted me and stopped replying. I'm not one that leaves reviews like this but I would feel terrible if the same thing happened to others. Do your research before choosing this company. I'm out 300+ dollars and nothing was done to make it right and no one is answering my calls. Absolutely terrible experience.. Also, added how unprofessional the manager Buffy is through our text exchanges.

Then, when the manager arrived to give us an estimate, she was not wearing a mask. She did not have a mask with her and she did not have a mask in her car. Her tone was defiant when I asked her if she was willing to wear a mask. Since they kept me on the phone for so long asking questions, they were aware I was trying to find someone to clean my parents home. my two elderly parents are 80 years old. I cannot believe a grown woman thought she could come clean the house of two vulnerable people without a mask without gloves and didn't have any of that in the car. I hope this is not a reflection of the entire company, but I felt that particular worker had no respect for my family, safety or health. I want to support companies who are exercising common sense during this global pandemic. It turns out the woman who visited our home was actually the manager. I spoke with her at length about wearing masks and they do not wear masks unless requested. So, beware when trying to hire this company. If you want to stay healthy and safe this may not be the company for you. If they do not want to keep themselves safe then they certainly don't care about you! They may be "merry" but they are unsafe, unprofessional, ignorant and they are neglecting the advice of the CDC and the World Health Organization, emphasis on world. Hundreds of thousands of people have suffered and died. How many people have to DIE before we begin to take this pandemic seriously? If you want to stay safe, sanitary, and healthy, then this is not the company for you!

First of all, they do fantastic work. I hired them for a deep clean of our three-bed, three-bath house and they delivered. A team of three of their ladies spent 3.5 hours polishing every corner of our place. When they got done it literally looked and smelled like a high-end hotel room. My countertops were gleaming, the floors were spotless, the bathrooms clean and fresh smelling. Another huge plus about this company is that the owner is super kind and so easy to communicate with. She answered all my emails and phone calls so graciously. It's been nothing but a pleasure to work with them. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a great cleaning service in the Greenville, SC area!
