nsew claening service is the best great prices on your home and great work. very nice employees eveyone one seems to love the this company of the quality of their work, but you have some people you just can't please if you may find any bad reviews of anyone on here it's because they are dealing with some meantal illness and demanding people that are trying be a helping hand. it's just sad to come for someone business in a negative way. you paid the deposit therefore you trusted the company and still have a outstanding balance. customers is not always right. read more

Patrick Dowley is the owner. He was very prompt when I called initially to give me an estimate on water damage to my home. He came out the same day. When arrived he appeared to be knowledgeable about mold mitigation, water damage, and restoration. He said it was something he could do. He would bring in the dehumidifiers, hippa vacuum, etc. to get rid of the moisture and mold in the home. That never happened. He explained that the walls would have to be torn down and replaced due to the extensive water damage. We verbally agreed to accept his offer to do the work. He also agreed to start the same week. He said his assistant would email me the quote. She sent me a quote for $5,575.00 with a $2,787.50 deposit. I accepted the quote. The assistant came back later that day and said she gave me the wrong quote. The new price would be $7,925.00. There was not much of a difference in the proposed work on the 2nd quote. The first red flag was when I asked if he was licensed. He told me that his uncle was licensed. I then asked if his uncle would be doing work on the home, and his response was yes. So I obliged and took the risk. I should have known better. Poor judgment on my part but I gave him the benefit of the doubt. The next red flag was how difficult it was to make the deposit. He told me there was some button in the electronic invoice that would allow me to make the deposit. Well, it wasn't there. I had to screen-record what I was seeing on my end from the company's email and send it to him and his assistant. I asked if he had Zelle, CashApp, or PayPal. He told me to give him a minute because his assistant had to set up Zelle. An hour went by and I finally got a call asking if I could get a cashier's check and bring it to his office. I had to drive 15-20 minutes out of my way to take it to his office. The address his assistant texted me (2554 W. Palmetto Street, Florence, SC ) was not the address. The address listed on the website is 1611 South Main Street, Darlington, SC 29532, which still is not accurate so I could not use that address to get there. I found the office just from driving around looking at what was described to me. That was a BIG RED FLAG! When I arrived at the office suite, no one was there. I had to wait approximately 15-20 minutes for someone to get there. Patrick showed up. I asked if he has some kind of agreement for me to sign and he said my signature was accepting the invoice his assistant email me. I also asked about him being licensed and he throw two cards on the table from IIRCR that expired in 2018 and 2019. I took a picture of the most recent card. I asked about the newest card and he said it was around there somewhere. Again, against my better judgment, I went through with the assignment of removing the mold/mild, water damage restoration project. The first day he arrived at the home to do the work, he did not bring any dehumidifiers to retract the moisture in the air. I explained to him that nothing was to be unplugged in the home and that everything with blue tape was to be thrown out. There were 3 rooms in the home he was not to do any work because they were not damaged. When he brought in his workers, none of them wore masks or any kind of protective clothing to prevent them from being in a mold-infested environment. He also had 2 small children in the home as well. They had trash all over the front lawn and the furniture on the side of the road. He threw out the deep freezer in the storage room without my consent, left my functioning microwave on the lawn, as well as took my wooden kitchen table apart, and left it out in the rainy weather. He unplugged the wifi and the lamp that I used with my alarm system for several hours. I was without surveillance on my home for several hours. He went into one of the rooms and tore the door open that had a deadbolt lock on it after I told him the room was off-limits. He only went into the closet of the room and did not touch anything else in the room, as if he was looking for something. A jewelry box in one other room was tampered with as well. All of this happened the very first day he was on the job. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE and USE A REAL COMPANY. This guy is not be trusted. USE MY EXPERIENCE AS A LEARNING EXPERIENCE. read more
