I called for a taxi from the exit 5 Boston Express bus terminal in Londonderry to the Manchester Airport, which was only $17. I personally would rather give my hard earned money to a local and efficient taxi company versus a fly-by-night Uber or Lyft driver. I fly in town twice a year and I will most definitely use Londonderry Taxi/ Manchester Taxi service again.

Last time I used Manchester Taxi, the older man, who I think is the owner, allowed the lady driving to go off the books and jump the meter (Kind of funny since she talked crap about you after bro!) But yesterday, I tried calling for a ride. Pretty simple. Gave me the amount the ride would cost, the older man was conducting himself politely as usual over the phone, and I waited. Well, now they don't even bother to show up. Nobody came, we waited for two hours. Half-way through the wait, I tried calling and it went straight to voicemail "Please do not leave a message". I swear it's like a cycle with these drivers. Act like a dirtbag. Get fewer tips and make less money. Act like a dirtbag because of it. Company gets a bad name. Get fewer tips and make less money. At 4:15 pm I called again and got a recording stating that I should not leave a message but send a text instead. I sent a text asking where the taxi was and when it would arrive. I received no response while I waited another 15 minutes. At 4:30 pm I sent another text asking them if they will be sending a taxi to my address. Still, no response over the next 15 minutes. After waiting for over an hour since my initial call I gave up. They didn't even have the courtesy to make contact and let me know they would not be able to meet me. They showed a complete disregard for me. I couldn't believe a business would treat a customer this way. Their license to operate should be revoked. I found my UBER account information and was able to request a ride through them. I was picked up by a driver 8 minutes after placing the request. Save yourself the trouble. Don't call Manchester Taxi or Red Sea Taxi 77. They're the same horrible company.

When I called to request a refund, they told me they spoke with the driver and that he said all I gave him was $20 for a tip. He lied. I reached out several times to speak with either Jerry or Mike but they never gave me the courtesy of a phone call or answering my emails.
