This is quite the entrance to an airport lounge. I felt like I was walking into a super fancy restaurant or a luxurious hotel. I was hoping we would be able to get in because United Airlines doesn't have a lounge here and I don't think any Star Alliance airline does. We got to the front after quite a few people were turned away. I was able to access this lounge because I was flying business class on United. However, my brother who was flying whatever American Airlines' equivalent is wasn't allowed in. I'm not really sure who is allowed in and who isn't... We asked about how much a pass would be. For 3 hours, it's $80 per person! So we walked to the E terminal to see if he could get into a different lounge... It seems like the Latam lounge had more salad and drink options compared to the prime class lounge I ended up at. It was also very modern and nicely decorated in the Latam lounge... very much like the aesthetic on the walk into the lounge.

Very excited that this lounge was available for Latam Business Class flyers! The Signature Lounge had a sophisticated, contemporary design and so nice! The food was plentiful with hot buffet food, charcuterie, wines, desserts, chips, etc. and they served my favorite dulce de leche cookies. This is really a spectacular lounge in Santiago Airport.

This amazing airport lounge oozes hip, cool, classy, and tranquil. Dark overtones complemented by artful lighting, calming music, luxurious furnishing, and ample seating, this is one of the most amazing lounges I've visited. Their buffet style food stations offer meat, fish, and vegetarian options, as well as salad and soup. They also offer self-serve charcuterie, complemented by delicious Chilean wine. There are also some tempting dessert options to finish up your meal. The centrepiece of the lounge is the gorgeous bar where a variety of options are available. My bartender crafted me a delicious cocktail using local Chilean gin, and he and his colleague took great care of the guests, serving up drinks with a smile. I've seldom wished for a flight delay, and sadly my flight left on time....I'd have no problem spending a few extra hours here. Cheers, LATAM.....your lounge is a MASTERPIECE.

I've had an opportunity to try a couple of them and "The Lounge" is not one I would recommend for a few reasons. While the space is fairly long and looks decent from a design standpoint, it is very poorly kept up. Quite dirty all around. They're tables with broken glass that have not been removed and many others that have dirty plates and glassware just sitting there. When it comes to food selections, the sadness continues. The chicken that's plated in the lounge is very tough and tasteless, it just looks sad before even having to taste it. A couple desserts also, but generally just nothing to eat. Thus, had to leave it almost right upon entering. There is a lack of bottled water at the lounge as well, which is very useful for taking on the airplane. On the plus side, there is a cozy little bar area with some decent selections. That's probably the only positive I can find about the place, but generally, not a lounge I would recommend. Ps. Due to the confusingly generic name of this lounge, there seems to be some confusion and many of the photos on Yelp are actually of a different lounge.

Nothing fancy here; it's a pretty small lounge given that it's in an international departure area…read more Delta and a Chilean bank have lounges nearby as well, which, from the outside, look much nicer. However, your basic needs are met here: free wifi, comfy, quiet seating, and a decent spread consisting of hot and cold dishes to keep you full. There's a small little business area with printer, and DirecTV. No shower facilities, but the bathrooms are large and clean.

The WiFi network and password are on display and it works just fine. Dining seating is a little awkward. The cheap tables sit up high but you sink into the leather sofas so you kind of have to reach up to eat. I'm also not a fan of the steel dividers which attempt to create order in the seating. The food selection is minimal--some small sandwiches that I am 99.9% certain came out of plastic wrap, peanuts, dry cereal, and a few other things. I ate outside the lounge and then came in. They do have a full bar, though, and the bartender was really chatty and friendly. Actually, he really made the whole experience of the lounge. He is clearly a master of his craft, both in terms of style and depth of drinks (with bitters, fresh herbs, etc.). It was fun just watching him make drinks for other people! Each one was made with expertise and care. Note that all drinks are complimentary. The Wi-Fi is functional but slow, so don't plan on doing anything intense. That includes streaming music because I was trying to play Spotify and the connection was so sketchy that I just turned my headphones off. There are outlets at each of the seats, even the ones near the bar, but note that they have only one USB connection (for any device) and then the two actual outlets are the Chilean-style plugs, so you'll need an adapter for those. They are doing a bunch of drilling and small construction projects right now...like while people are in the lounge...so that's a bit strange, but it's not terribly bothersome with good headphones. This lounge could use some upgrades but is pretty solid in the grand scheme of things. They do have a pancake machine and a few other touches that make the food selection better, and they bring out fresher things toward 6 PM. Even if you don't drink, go to the bar! I'm upgrading this review to 4 stars after having walked around the lounge and gone to the bar again.
