I was traveling from Pittsburgh to New Jersey and stopped in to workout. Cliff took my bag and stored it away. He also saw I was without a water and offered me one for free. LOVED THAT!! He paid attention so precisely. It gets better. I told him my phone was dying and I needed to charge it. He kindly took my phone and charged it while I worked out. I left this OTF feeling hydrated, stronger, "fully charged" and so HAPPY! They wished me safe travels home. Can't wait to go back to this OTF.
