I normally attend the Zumba classes on Monday/Wednesday evenings, but have also tried out Pound. They have a wide variety of classes (yoga, barre, etc). I prefer working in a group class setting so this place is perfect for me. I really enjoy the Zumba classes. It is just plain fun, but you also get a great work out. Their Zumba classes are structured as a "learn as you go". I was intimidated by this at first because I am used to Zumba classes that teach you eight count by eight count, but you can pick up on the steps pretty easily. There is a rhythm and pattern to them, plus the owners/instructors Melissa & Monica give hand signals as well. I really like that they add in new songs and routines often. They really stay relevant. Sometimes I'll hear a song and think "this just came out on the radio!" M&M are always encouraging and they inspire me to try to be better. I really don't have much rhythm at all, but it really doesn't matter and I like that. You don't feel embarrassed. There is a wide range of types of people (men and women, old and young, older adults and young adults) that attend the classes so you never feel awkward. Everyone is just there to have fun and because they love M&M so much. It's like a community at Body Rhythms. I would definitely recommend it to others.

Bikram is one of those things that I pick up whenever I'm close enough to a studio, but end up doing very intermittently because there just aren't that many studios near me usually. This studio is one of the better ones that I've been to, and I'm really enjoying working through my new student month. A few things that I most enjoy: 1. Instructor variety. I had Tina and David as my instructors for my first few classes, and I like how each instructor has their own take on the class and adds variety while remaining within the traditional Bikram format. 2. Clean, modern studio. The heat is evenly distributed, the floors are clean, hygienic laminate wood (I never take the floor for granted. A studio near my hometown uses carpet...carpet in a Bikram studio...just let that sink in for a moment.) There are showers available with a hairdryer if needed, and the facilities are all spotless. This is one of the most important factors for me. 3. Nice range of packages for people who may need different things--a very affordable new student month, high school and college packages, different class packages, etc. This is essential to making Bikram accessible to people and I appreciate it very much. The location is convenient and there is always plenty of parking. I leave feeling great and fully worked out. My only regret is that I didn't find this place sooner. Highly recommend.

So, you can go anywhere and you know exactly what you're getting. Having practiced Bikram in many studios throughout the United States, Drip 105 Hot Yoga is by far the cleanest and most welcoming studio I've been to. The instructors are wonderful and always very encouraging. Laura, the owner, takes great pride in her studio and it shows in everything she does. She's constantly trying to meet and exceed the needs of her practitioners. And now, the studio is offering Inferno Hot Pilates classes in addition to Bikram! A perfect complement to practicing Bikram. If you've considered Bikram yoga in the past - what are you waiting for? I guarantee you you won't be disappointed!
