Having practiced Bikram in many studios throughout the United States, Drip 105 Hot Yoga is by far the cleanest and most welcoming studio I've been to. The instructors are wonderful and always very encouraging. Laura, the owner, takes great pride in her studio and it shows in everything she does. She's constantly trying to meet and exceed the needs of her practitioners. And now, the studio is offering Inferno Hot Pilates classes in addition to Bikram! I tore my meniscus early on, they would not allow me to cancel personal training even with a note from physical therapist. Personal Training was not great or very challenging in the first place, I have done training at Crunch and the YMCA and both facilities have challenged me. The only reason I joined was for the pool and the availability of the pool. Lesson learned the grass isn't always greener on the other side. Front desk staff is not very friendly either, no hello's or goodbye, never any cleaning wipes around to clean down the old equipment. No wonder the company isn't growing and is slowly closing facilities, makes sense. Do your homework first before signing the contract. My husband and I have lost thousands of dollars.

I love the classes, the structure and the critiques... he always makes sure your form is on point and the people make you feel like every class is just one big family gathering! I think I'm stuck here forever! Oh and my husband has been going to this gym for a while and he's like 100lbs down (6 months for him) I think but yeah! Oh and his family!!!! Literally amazing his wife and kids are so supportive to everyone. Literally my heart melts when I see them! Ohhhh and he pushed passed exhaustion..... I did a whole personal training session on a Friday which included some dead lifting and cardio and he pushed me to do a Spartan race the next day I didn't think I could do it but him and my husband!!!!!!(ultimate support) shout out to them!
