I didn't feel like an outcast for not being a professional yogi and I received all the help and guidance I needed. Bikram is one of those things that I pick up whenever I'm close enough to a studio, but end up doing very intermittently because there just aren't that many studios near me usually. This studio is one of the better ones that I've been to, and I'm really enjoying working through my new student month. A few things that I most enjoy: 1. Instructor variety. I had Tina and David as my instructors for my first few classes, and I like how each instructor has their own take on the class and adds variety while remaining within the traditional Bikram format. 2. Clean, modern studio. The heat is evenly distributed, the floors are clean, hygienic laminate wood (I never take the floor for granted. A studio near my hometown uses carpet...carpet in a Bikram studio...just let that sink in for a moment.) There are showers available with a hairdryer if needed, and the facilities are all spotless. This is one of the most important factors for me. 3. Nice range of packages for people who may need different things--a very affordable new student month, high school and college packages, different class packages, etc. This is essential to making Bikram accessible to people and I appreciate it very much. The location is convenient and there is always plenty of parking. I leave feeling great and fully worked out. My only regret is that I didn't find this place sooner. Highly recommend.

We took the Tuesday night, 90 minute class. This is intense and you will be drenched. I felt light and open afterwards. I felt seen and included as the instructor gets personal and uses your name as encouragement. I loved that. The space is clean and comfortable. There's two showers and one room filled with mirrors. The doors are locked for your safety as well. There is free parking in the rear and free street parking depending on the day/time of your class. I think this is an amazing for this area. Very disruptive when there is a class going, taking phone calls, typing away on his computer, playing with his dog, and making comments while people are practicing. He embarrassed a client, when the student accidentally passed gas(that never happens in a yoga class), the owner made a really big deal about it. His idea of assisting students with poses is too hands on and borderline creepy. Most of his attention, when it comes to helping, is focused on the ladies. If you can get a class that he isn't involved, with you might have a good experience. Make sure that you take one of the traditional classes versus the gimmicky ones. Yoga is the practice of quieting the mind. It's really tough to practice here with all the distractions.
