    Flights for the win.

This brewery a true escape from the everyday. From the moment you step into the taproom, you're greeted with an exquisite modern design that perfectly blends sleek lines with cozy, welcoming spaces. The ambiance is both contemporary and comfortable, offering an ideal backdrop to consume some pretty spectacular brews. The beer selection is nothing short of fantastic. We did a few flights, and every beer was rock solid, and something I'd drink again and again. The staff were awesome too, their warmth and knowledge create an inviting atmosphere, and they're always ready to guide you through the beer selection, offering insights and recommendations based on your preferences. Adding to the allure is the rocking food truck parked conveniently on the property. Focusing on fresh, local ingredients, it serves up an array of great options, the burger is not to be missed! I can't wait to go back (when it isn't snowing in April); this brewery offers not just exceptional beer but an overall epic experience with its stunning design, gracious staff, and top-notch food offerings. And on top of all this, it is super dog, friendly even inside.

The steel and glass building is the main public space. The outside area is dog friendly

So pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The space is beautiful. Ordered inside: food & beverages and was brought outside to us. The staff are all very nice and courteous. Love the dog friendly outdoor space. We will definitely be going back!

We went on a Friday evening. There was no food but they have scheduled food truck on certain days. If there's no food truck definitely bring some snacks. Dog and kid friendly. Place looks beautiful and comfy. Outdoor area is nice and roomy. Service was good. Beers are a bit pricey at $10 a pop. I had their ipa which was pretty good. They have a cute lil apparel section where you can purchase their merch.

I'll begin with, "Happy 1 year anniversary," and I'll predict many, many more. This place is great, and the space is amazing. We'll start with the space. As you walk from the parking lot to the brewery, you'll pass by rows and rows of barley plants. At the brewery itself, you have a wide variety of seating choices. There's a very large and comfortable indoor area where you order your drinks, and you can sit at small or large tables, with a small variety of games available. Then there's the patio, and on the side you'll see numerous outdoor games/activities available such as cornhole and frisbees. Outside you have general seating, a large picnic area, and sets of chairs around fire pits. Today, in front of the entrance, there was a food area serving smoked meats and roasted vegetables. The beer list is equally enticing. Flights of 4 beers are available for $17.00. Mine included a Belgian Wheat, and their 3 darker beers. The English Beet Stout is intriguing - don't worry about whether or not you actually like beets, their taste is not prominent in the beer at all. More interesting to me was their Mint Condition Stout, with hints of chocolate and peppermint. My one minor disappoint is that not all the beers are available in cans to take home with you - in some cases it's only smaller growlers. Other than that, this is a fantastic spot for a get-together of groups (with dogs too) of any size.

In the middle of the Catskills area lies the most beautiful brewery I have seen in the east coast. Ambiance: Huge industrial building that was highly impressive. Walking in, you feel like you are in a glamorous cabin. Has a WOW factor Beer: Not the best beer I have had Parking: Plentiful If I am in the area, would definitely stop by again!

Such an awesome addition to the local beer scene! Visited for the first time recently and I know I'll be back whenever I'm in the area. First of all, the brewery itself is STUNNING. My fiancé and I kept joking that we need to cancel our wedding plans and just get married here. Aside from the beautiful tap room, there are lots of fire pits, outdoor tables, and even a food truck outside. There were some lawn games as well, basically everything you need to keep your entire crew (even little ones! Seemed very kid-friendly) happy. I tried the hazy IPA and the pumpkin ale and really liked both. We had to pick up a 4-pack of the IPA on the way out we liked it so much, and the pumpkin ale was light, but spicy and cozy in the best way. Both inside and out are dog friendly, and the staff was really helpful. Can't say a bad thing about this spot!

I really want to adore this stylish brewery. But our experience was severely stunted by the other guests. After moving from the bar to the two farthest corner seats of the brewery, we were still fully aware six children were running laps around the bar. Jumping on the couches running around...not the desired mood for an adult establishment on a Friday evening unfortunately.

Setting: middle of nowhere, secluded, and perfect Ambience: modernist industrial cabin vibe Beer: excellent beer. 1. The Octoberfest was perfect. 2. English Beet Stout- excellent stout, beets sweeten slightly but don't dominate. 3. Cherry Saison- wow! Incredible. Food: Food truck outside, inside small selection of artisanal salami (whole), interesting crackers, and soft cheese. The artisanal salami is good but no prices were posted. Turns out it was $35, but it was worth it. Would have been nice to have prices posted in the cooler. Overall cleanliness: excellent Bathroom cleanliness: above average Pets and kids: both welcome and good setting for both with lots of outdoor seating and space to run and play Misc: free wifi (you may need it because cell service is spotty)

Lasting Joy Brewery is brand new and very impressive. The property and space is unique and is sure to "wow" you upon your first visit. I recommend their beet beer and IPA (the only two I tasted). Both were amazing and if I stayed longer, I'd have ordered these again. Parking is near the road, so expect to walk about 100 yards from your vehicle to the taproom if it's crowded. The interior is well designed with ample barstools and a few couch areas. Outdoors are Adirondack chairs and some tables. Each section of the brewery is purposeful and stunning. After ordering some brews check out the swag table. Clothing is high quality and affordable. We'll definitely be back. I recommend arriving after 6:30pm to have a chance to see the lighting within the brewery as it gets darker. What an experience...

This is a beautiful space with good beers. Good use of outdoor area with fire pits in colder weather. Flights of beers offered so you can try multiple. Food truck usually on site. Great spot for families. Excellent sunset views. Lots of parking.

I've been to Lasting Joy twice now in the short time it's been open, and I've thoroughly enjoyed myself both times! Walking up to the brewery feels like you're stumbling unto a true hidden gem - the architecture inside and out is impressive to say the least. The grounds are also extensive, so you have lots of options of where to perch with your pints. I have really enjoyed their beers - they have a good mix of IPAs, darker beers, quirky flavors, and lighter styles. I would personally recommend their Pumpkin Ale and Smoke Follows Beauty. The staff are all very friendly, and the atmosphere is kid- and dog-friendly, with live music and food trucks on the weekends. Really cool place to check out!

Earthly Pleasures was the name of the beer that we had, A Farmhouse Saison style beer this ale was amazing! This is what I hope to get when I order saisons and a lot of time they just don't hold up at all. The earthy, funky, dry and grassy flavors in here all blend together to make a wonderful bouquet of flavor on your taste buds. Really an elegant beer and one I always strive to hope to have when I see a saison on the horizon for the next drinking experience. Going off of Untapped the nano brewery only has two flagship beers listed. Earthy Pleasures and another saison called Loving Ember. I am sure Loving Ember is wonderful if we were so impressed with Earthly Pleasures. There are a few things to keep in mind if you wish to pursue trying out this brewery at this point (5/11/2023). The address provided is what looks and may be what the company hopes to be a tasting room but may be where they produce the beer at this time. So don't go here thinking there is a functioning tasting room here. At this time and if you live in the New York area on their website has a list of locations where their beer can be purchased. But fear not. If you don't live in New York beer in the mail services can still help and that is how I got the bottle that Steve and I enjoyed. Suggestions for this would be to utilize Half Time Beverages or Craft Shack and see if they have the brewery's beer in stock. But another thing with this is that you need to make sure you live in a state where you can receive alcohol in the mail. For any other questions about the brewery the brewery's website can assist and there is an option to email the brewery with questions. There is also an online store in which you can have merchandise with the brewery's logo shipped to you as well. Here is hoping though that a functional taproom is on the way and I would definitely seek it out next time I am in New York state!

They are seeking perfection in more approachable styles as a art form, not a business strategy, and are not engaging in an arms race for bigger beers. Greatly appreciate this, which is why I patronized them since opening. This review specifically covers the brewery space versus solely the beer alone. First time I came with a few buddies, when they were located in their main business. Place looked like an art gallery, which fit oddly well versus being off putting. It fit the beer well. Their canned options were limited, however we had plenty of the stuff on tap. Not many seats however plenty of standing tables which was fine given how long we had been driving. Winner was Crispy Little, which we grabbed a few 4 packs of. Greatly enjoyed the place, as it was one of the best and most enjoyable breweries we visited. Coming back the next year, the setup had become downright lame. Instead of using the indoor space for beer, it was just for merchandise and bottles to go. If you wanted to drink, they had an 'outdoor beer garden', which consisted of a small patio in the parking lot with a few barrels thrown about. With only 2 beer options. And the bartender couldn't be bothered to pour them correctly, in between bad mouthing another brewery down the road. Not exactly a good look, even though the schwartzbier I had was solid (have had Bones Shirt a ton). Need to loop back and try it again now that the taproom in the back has been opened. May revisit this then. I just hope they got rid of that bartender, as microbreweries bashing each other is not cool; he wasn't one of the owners/main guys so at least there's that. Downgrading this 1 star because of that until I can revisit.

The couple first met when they both lived in Brooklyn. Dan started out as a homebrewer living in Brooklyn and eventually he got a job working for Sixpoint Brewery in 2007. He later connected with Hill Farmstead Brewery founder and brewer Shaun Hill. In 2011, Hill hired Dan to be his assistant brewer. The Suarezes left Brooklyn and moved to the Vermont countryside. After Hill took Dan on an inspiring beer trip in Belgium, the Suarezes began to look for a place to start their own family-run brewery. They re-settled in Livingston, New York because the Hudson Valley resembled the same idyllic, bucolic charm found in Vermont. The Suarezes set up shop in a disused, all-brick warehouse. Dan works as the brewmaster while Taylor runs the business side of the operation. The brewery specializes in lighter ales and lagers, or what Dan likes to call "crispy little beers". The same year they opened the brewery, the Suarezes also welcomed their first child, Enzo. Since opening, Suarez Family Brewery has gained a reputation for being one of the best breweries in the Northeast. I recently visited Suarez Family Brewery for the first time while I was driving through the Hudson Valley with my two sons. I had previously sampled some of their beer at a craft beer bar in Brooklyn, but a visit to the brewery had been on my bucket list for a while. A sign at the old brick warehouse informed us that the taproom had been moved to a new structure behind it. The taproom was small, but quiet and cozy. There were only a handful of other visitors during my visit. There was a table with scrap paper and crayons, much to the delight of my two sons. This kept them occupied while I sampled some tasty brews. The ones I tried were "Walk, Don't Run" (Hoppy Blonde Ale), "Crispy Little" (Hoppy Pale Ale), and "Backroads" (Sumac Country Beer). All three were great, but the latter was truly exceptional! I was VERY impressed with the types of beer coming out of the brewery. Before leaving, I also purchased a bottle of "Lo And Behold" (Barrel-Aged Flemish Red Ale) to bring home. I highly recommend Suarez Family Brewery to all serious craft beer aficionados!
