Inside, it's all high-tops and a clear view of the tanks cranking out their beer. Even though I've never been a beer drinker, I didn't mind coming to Subversive B's. Their online menu looked promising especially their vegetarian options. Though it wouldn't hurt if they threw in some seafood options too- but hey. I aimed for the Mediterranean Platter but I was told they "were all out". Grilled cheese the way I noticed online? Nope. Not in here. At this point, I didn't know how else to feel but resorted to their sweet potato+black bean tacos with red onions and Cotija. They slapped actually. Hubs tore into his buffalo wings and these Bavarian pretzels that were ridiculously soft and addictive. He washed it down with an ale, I stuck with a canned Paloma that hit harder than expected.
